Donation Receipts - Ability to add signatures on charitable donation receipts
New Zealand Inland Revenue Department requires reciepts to be signed by an authorised person. . This does not appear to be possible possible with Xero at present by inserting an electronic or jpeg signature. With a significant number of receipts our charity issues this can only be done manually and a scanned copy sent.

I agree, Xero team needs to review his software and add a custom-made receipt donation with option to add a signature in it. The idea of having to create a custom invoice for each donation, then apply the payment and then send a receipt with a link showing invoice, is ridiculous. We should be able to create a receipt directly from the reconciliation page...instead then have to create and invoice for a donation, apply the payment and then send the receipt on an email that cannot be custom made and showing an invoice link. Xero has to rectify his system to allow custom made receipts from the reconciliation page ...if I can send normal receipt from there, I don't understand why you cannot create a custom receipt the same way. This is so frustrating and Xero should address this issue asap
