Connecting Claude to multiple Xero organisations would definitely make financial workflows more efficient, especially for accountants managing several businesses. Better data filtering and granular access would be valuable improvements. I also use resources like BitcoinKurssii.fi to keep track of Bitcoin prices and cryptocurrency market movements.

This should be a top priority for Xero. This functionality is a basic requirement at this point given where AI is at today.

I run 7 individual companies/organisations in Xero and have Claude able to access automatically all of them, would be vital help

I have 4 companies and would like to see the summarised accounts across all 4 from the holding company view and it's subsidiaries. Enabling multi organisational us in Claude AI would be a massive bonus

I manage 3 businesses and a not for profit organisation through Xero. Which is great. However, to be able to use Claude to prioritise items in Xero on my dashboard would be a time saver and also allow me to generate emails form my the different emails I have for chasing up overdue invoices would make that so much easier.

I use the Xero connector in Claude across several related organisations, all under the one Xero login. At the moment the connector can only be authorised for one organisation at a time. To look at a different organisation I have to disconnect the connector completely, reconnect, and pick the other organisation at sign-in, then go through the whole process again to switch back.

For anyone running a group of entities that share costs and invoice each other, this happens constantly. It's often several times in one session, because a single question can involve two or three organisations.

It would make a big difference if the connector could either:

Let us authorise several organisations at once and choose which one to use for each request, or
Let us switch between organisations from a simple list, without disconnecting and reconnecting.

The connector's tools already ask for an organisation for each request, so it seems the main limit is the one-organisation sign-in.

Is anyone else running multiple organisations through the connector? Please add your vote if this would help you too.

As a Business Coach, my clients give me access to their accounts and I do regular reviews of progress with them. Currently I have to log in to each client's account and export at least their P&L each month. It would be great to be able to have a Claude scheduled task that could obtain and run analyses without doing this manually.

To be honest, I already just do this via the Chrome browser. You've taken so long to still not provide this feature that I simply found a workaround. Works a treat, including now being able to add multiple new customers and raise a bunch of invoices, all without touching it and introducing my human errors.

I own multiple businesses so need to be able to swap between easily.

I use the Xero connection in ChatGPT and have the same issue described here. It connects to one Xero organisation at a time, so switching organisations requires disconnecting and reconnecting.
I’m sure many Xero users manage multiple organisations through one Xero account. Please support multiple organisations in the ChatGPT connection, with a clear way to select and confirm the organisation for each task. This would make the connection easier to use while helping ensure work is done in the intended organisation.

As a fractional CFO consultancy, with multi-entity clients, this kind of functionality would have a hugely beneficial impact for our clients and our firm's efficiency.

This is critical as a bookkeeper. My clients are linking their own files, I have to kept unlinking relinking it is a nightmare. Please add this immediately.

The fact that this can't be done overnight is infuriating. Knowing how easy it is to create bespoke solutions for clients that would have been a computer programming project only a few years ago makes the lack of this feature beyond frustrating. Lift your game Xero.

This needs to be added, especially when xero keep increasing its prices - when the only real feature improvements that mean anything in todays world is the ability to quickly and accurately analyse, report and advise across multiple clients.

linking to multiple accounts is critical for bookkeepers and accountants. pls add this asap
