Profit & Loss - Automated commentary and variance analysis report
A fully automated, written analysis report (such as a paragraph-by-paragraph commentary for every account in the P&L) would be very useful when producing management accounts and annual accounts, when you need to explain large variances to the comparative figures. The graphs in analytics can be useful but it doesn't give enough detail, nor does the commentary on the P&L summary.

Appreciate you raising this idea. We understand the request for a detailed written analysis of Profit & Loss results, including explanations of significant account movements and variances.
Having this generated automatically could make it easier to produce consistent commentary for monthly, annual and client reporting.
