Ability to customise the branding of Remittance with a DOCX / advanced branding theme

Purpose: This would allow businesses that are already using DOCX / Advance branding to apply consistent branding to the Remittance advice that is sent to their suppliers.

Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

    Please hear our cries Xero and make this happen. The remittance needs to be customisable.

    We need to customize the remittance advice template to show both the Invoice # and Reference Number showing on our remittances, however currently it only shows the reference number. Our vendors cannot reconcile their books against the remittances we send because we are required to use reference numbers that are driven by our customers (insurance carriers are rigid), and we need use those same reference numbers on the vendor bills. We do use our vendor ref in the invoice number field, but that doesn't print on the remittance.

    We need to customise the branding of remittance advise. This idea is up for almost 10 years now please make it happen.

    The remittance advice currently only reflects the invoice reference and not the Supplier's account number which is what shows on their bank statements.
    It will be great to be able to customise my remittance advice to correctly reflect the reference requirement the Supplier has asked for.

    Cannot believe this has still not been done. Given so many other aspects of the platform can do customisation, why not this one? It's been requested for over THREE YEARS now. Please get onto this Xero.

    This would be a very purposeful tool to enable efficiency with using the program for sending out remittances for bills. Please implement ASAP to streamline the process.

    I would have though that since we can custom a template for an invoice that a custom remittance advice would have also been possible.

    Currently I override the given copy in a remittance run each time. I'd like to be able to save my own template(s) for this that I can select either in advance or at time of remitting.

    I'm shocked this still isn't a feature considering this idea was shared almost a decade ago.. I just noticed I had an option to send a remittance advice using my custom branding, but nowhere on the remittance advice did it actually have a title stating what the document was? I can't find anywhere to modify it to add that in either?

    Disappointed this is not a feature.
    Suppliers don't know who our trust or parent company name is. They only know our trading name. Makes life so much harder
