Bills - View PDF of bill without downloading
It would be massively helpful to be able to preview the PDF invoice instead of having to click on and download it each time. If you could preview it alongside where you are inputting data on a Purchase invoice that you have sent to Xero by email - then you can check details side by side rather than having to print out the paper versions. Would be much more efficient
Hi team, rounding back to the idea here we are continuing to track interest but want to be upfront that we don't have any plans for changing the behaviour of viewing the PDF of a bill /purchase invoice at present.

Being able to preview bills directly in PDF format without forcing a download makes the whole experience much smoother, especially for users checking invoices quickly on mobile devices. A built-in viewer usually improves accessibility and saves storage space at the same time. That focus on convenience and customization is why flexible digital platforms stand out today. I recently explored https://minecraftpatchedi.com/ and liked how much emphasis it puts on smoother user experience and customization.

See actual bill when viewing Xero entry.
When approving DRAFT bills generated from HubDoc, the actual bill is shown to left with Xero entry data to right. This is a great view.
Can we enable this across all bill viewing?
Generally only basic data is transcribed to Xero & often we are looking for detailed data from bill. Its time consuming having to open Xero bill then open actual bill which then opens over top Xero entry

I can't believe this is still not a feature. I don't think xero listens to their actual users!!!

Is there any way when suppliers send an invoice via xero, i can see the invoice straight away, not have to go through 3, 4 clicks? Also, instead of have to click to download button, then i have to click into pdf again, can we just create 2 button, 1 pdf 1 csv. so save me time to click twice, 3 times?
