Purchase orders - Ability to edit and delete delivery address
We need to be able edit the pre-existing delivery address within the PO, which we used to be able to do. Prior to the changes made, we could edit, delete and add a pre-existing delivery address within the PO. For example, we have a delivery address which was created prior to the changes made, to which we assigned a contact person, tel nbr and lengthy delivery instruction. That delivery address now has a new contact site manager / tel nbr, nothing else has changed, but we cannot edit the delivery address within the PO, we have to make up a whole new address within contacts.
Please could you ask your developers to make it possible to amend or delete the information within a pre-existing delivery address. Also, we want to be able to create the delivery address within the purchase order and NOT have to make an address within contacts, as they are not a customer nor a supplier!
Thanks team, we're keeping a close pulse on this idea and our team are looking at changes to improve the experience with the delivery address atm so I'll keep you updated on any news, here.

I also need the PO pre-saved addresses feature back please, the delivery address is often a marina in my case, not a client address, I need these addresses saved for easy retrieval.
Why remove something that was useful, that is a backwards step surely, very odd. -

This needs to revert to the previous, editable delivery address feature as soon as possible. It is critical in our business for flexibility in the delivery address on a purchase order. Also, like many businesses our head office (physical address) is not the same as our warehouse (delivery address).

This needs to revert to the previous, editable delivery address feature.
Why anyone would want/ need this option be fixed without the ability to change or delete an address?
Another strange and annoying choice by the Xero developers who have obviosly never used the platform in real life. -

Why has the ability to add an address permanently been removed and changed to a one off address from the purchase orders as this means every time a PO is raised, you have to manually add it which is more time consuming and creates more work, please go back to being able to add an address permanently.

As well as my comment below, the need to be able to edit easily is so important.
I have now also realised when I put the address in the address section the layout once i print PDF is horrible and not clear.
I have a attached a screeshot showing the addres in the new address layout section and also address in the instructions section. Layout in the instructions is how it used to be and the new address section is like one big long line, no stucture.
Not sure why this was changed along with not being able to edit anymore. -

We have this same issue too, and it's a problem! We have old delivery addresses saved that, if someone accidentally selects that, we'll lose thousands of dollars of stock if delivered to an obsolete business address. We absolutely need to be able to edit/delete pre-existing delivery addresses.
Thank you. -

We completely agree.
It needs to be modified asap.
Another poor decision by Xero. -

Yes, please rectify this issue asap.
We used to be able to edit and save delivery addresses in PO's (which we also use for work orders).
We are constantly needing to update the address and now with the new PO set up we can't edit.
We have to redo the address each time there is a change. -

We also need to be able to edit the actual delivery address within the purchase order. There was an instance whereby the delivery address was added (prior to the changes made) but the postcode has to be amended, as it was entered incorrectly. We can't edit nor delete it, instead we have to raise a new delivery address within contacts but the delivery address is not a supplier nor customer, it's a site address. Also as we cannot delete or amend the original entry, this one remains within the delivery address selection but all of our staff have to be mindful to select the one with the correct postcode as we cannot delete the incorrect one.
