User Permissions - Invoice only - Approve but not pay option
Allow an user on invoice only to create, view and approved bills & sales invoices but not be able to make payment.

Hey Jasmine, thanks for raising this idea with us, there is a lot of interest around the user permissions customisation. We are moving this to Gaining Support so others can vote and comment on this. Although there aren't any plans for changes to the User permissions at this time, the Product team will watch this idea so get your colleagues and friends to vote and comment 🙂

Yes, or even have a user role that can create draft invoice and quotes and approve them without seeing others work or the main bank accounting information.

we wish that staff users can send their own invoices but no visable to other staff
at the moment only Draft function, but not sending the invoice out
