Bills | Files - Option to not included bill PDF uploads into File Library
We currently export a large number of our bills from a third-party program and need to upload a PDF of the bill, however, when we do this a copy is also automatically added to our general files. This is annoying and simply creates clutter in the Files area - a copy of the PDF attached to the bill is sufficient, we don't require "back-up" copies as well. Can this annoying "feature" please be removed?

Hi Samantha, thanks for raising this suggestion. We understand the value of having more control over where documents uploaded to bills are stored.
I've updated the status to Gaining Support so we can keep following the conversation and community interest.
If you have a preferred approach, please share it with us. We'd particularly like to hear whether you'd prefer this to be an optional setting or for bill uploads to stay with the bill by default.
