BILLS AWAITING APPROVAL - Pop up note feature to allow approver comment
In Xero Accounting, users currently need to open each individual bill that is still awaiting approval to determine why it was rejected or not approved by the approver. This process becomes particularly time-consuming at month-end when there are multiple outstanding bills requiring review.
It would significantly improve efficiency if users could simply hover over a bill in the "Awaiting Approval" list to view any comments or notes left by the approver explaining why the bill was not approved. Alternatively, displaying the approver's comments in a dedicated column or tooltip within the bills list would provide the same benefit.

Thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the request for a notes or memos feature when reviewing bills awaiting approval. Having information visible from the approval list could make it easier to understand the context behind a bill delayed approval.
