Online Bill Payment - access to source document for BPAY details
BPAY details are not held on the contact record and have to be captured every time when paying a bill through this mechanism. Without having access to the source document while making the OBP we need to have it open on another screen or printed out. This slows the process down and introduces another risk factor.
Please could the attachment icon be included as part of the OBP process.
