Xero subscription: more payment methods
Most of my companies do not have credit or debit cards, now I need to correct the Xero account with internal invoicing between the companies to recoup the costs and and claim the VAT in the correct company. Easy fix is to allow for debit orders or EFT payment. If accounts are not paid up to date, just block the use of the company.

I support this idea. The current subscription billing payment method creates practical difficulties for SMEs in Singapore.
In our case, the Xero subscription is currently paid using my personal bank card because there is no suitable option to link the company bank account directly. This is inconvenient because the subscription is a company expense, but the payment is made from a personal account.
This creates additional issues such as reimbursement claims, extra approval steps, manual reconciliation, and a less clear audit trail. It is also not ideal for internal control, as company expenses should preferably be paid directly from the company bank account.
It would be much better if Xero could allow Singapore businesses to pay subscription fees directly from the company bank account through Direct Debit, GIRO, PayNow, FAST transfer, or another local business payment method.
I hope Xero can treat this as a priority and work on a practical solution as soon as possible. This is not just a payment preference, but an operational issue for SMEs that need proper payment control, audit trail, and cleaner reconciliation.
If Direct Debit or GIRO is not immediately available, Xero should consider providing an alternative option such as PayNow, FAST transfer, or invoice-based bank payment for Singapore customers.
