Hi community, appreciate the want for more of an update from us on this highly voted idea. Since Kelly’s last message I am pleased to let you know that our product team has done some discovery work in this space. More specifically, exploring the different ways in which the problem could be solved in Xero, alongside understanding the technical challenges. The feedback you’ve shared has been really useful for our product team’s research 🙏
We recognise the importance of needing to know which bills are flagged, so people making payment can review whether a bill should be paid or not, to avoid inadvertent payment. Being able to improve this workflow is important to us and once we have solution concepts, we will be sure to reach out to this community for feedback.
Right now there are no specific time frames available as to when this might be worked on, but…

Its utterly infuriating but Xero will not action anything - requirements and suggestions just sit idly here for years with no action. This request is 10 years old FFS!

"We'll keep monitoring" is just business speak for "we're not doing anything about this and don't have any plans to".
From what I can see there's been no traction on any ideas from users on any useful features at all. All they've done since I've been a customer is revamp the UI which nobody asked for. Its exasperating. Must feature requests are so simple and easy to implement and yet they do nothing.

How is this being ignored? The idea above was floated in 2015 - such a simple obvious thing that's missing. The manual bodge I continually have to do is crazy. Come on Xero!

567 people are needing to flag bills and xero's response is a bland " this is not something we have plans to develop at this time." no explanation. Just basically another 2 fingers to the user. Leaving us undervalued and and uninformed. Why not add teh feature? Why not add features that have been left on these logs for 10 years!! Xero as a company are so frustrating
