While we appreciate the innovations Xero brings, it's disappointing to see that a basic feature, which is already available for Suppliers and Customers, is being treated as an add-on with an extra cost. Duplicating this function shouldn’t be that difficult, and it feels like this is more about generating additional revenue rather than improving customer experience. We, your customers, shouldn’t have to pay extra for something so fundamental. Please reconsider this approach and prioritise delivering better value to your loyal users.

Xero Payroll is definitely missing this function. Would be so beneficial as a quick reference to ensure hours add up to correct total when splitting OT from ORD and leave etc. I'm surprised this hasn't already been implemented, please include this in a future update! would be greatly appreciated.

After reviewing the comments below, it's evident that this issue requires urgent attention. Numerous users have highlighted how critical this upgrade is to the daily operations of their businesses, and I strongly agree. Implementing these changes could significantly streamline processes and eliminate the need for outdated paper copies. It's frustrating that such a vital improvement has been overlooked for so long. This should be treated as a priority without further delay.

This function NEEDS to happen - we have workshop labourers who are required to check off PO's but we do not wish for them to have access to anything else. It would be really beneficial if you could customise the user permissions more than it currently allows.

This feature should be standard. Since file uploads are already available on supplier contact cards, why not extend this functionality based on the numerous requests for it? It would streamline information management, keeping everything within a single system rather than spread across multiple platforms.
