Hi Sue, we appreciate you suggesting that the Tax/IRD Number field remain visible, even when blank - it’s a helpful idea for tracking data completeness and maintaining consistency in client records.

Thanks for feeding back on the Client search, Carey. The way that search works for the new client list experience is a little different to the older experience, and partial matching is not a feature with this new search.
While it's not in our roadmap atm, our team are keen to stay close the support this idea receives and will consider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates here.

Totally agree, too much white space, not enough difference between the headings and the rest of the information - making it difficult to file what you are looking for

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the timestamp changes on notes in the New PartnerHub experience.We've reviewed this feedback and moved this to Giaing Support, and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. Make sure you share your idea with any colleagues that this could benefit so they can add their vote too!

Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

I agree with all other comments, the removal of this function means much more time spent updating client address and leads to the possibility of errors when updating multiple entities with the same address change. Please bring back this function urgently.

Hi Megan, thanks for your feedback on the new Partner Hub experience when entering client addresses. Your input is valuable to and appreciated. We have moved this idea to Gaining Support and the Product team will be looking over all the feedback from our customers/partners so they can get a better idea of the experience and functionality of the new platform. Appreciate the feedback, Arnie. Our product team are staying close to the feedback we're receiving about updates in Jobs. It'd be good to see if there are others in the new experience that feel the same way.

Appreciate the feedback and hearing what information would be most useful for you on the new Xero Partner Hub homepage.
This is something our product team have eyes on for the longer term but there are a few other pieces of work lined up first.
For now we'll continue to track interest of this here and I'll share as soon as there are any updates.

For clients other than an individual, the CLIENT section at the top of the page only includes the Referral Source. It's 'nice' to have the referral source listed, but its certainly not what I need at the top of the page. Please move the referral source to the bar on the right so that, if there is nothing else in the Client information section, then Business becomes the first thing on the page
