    Hi Keith, thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the consolidated invoice feature is an area of interest for our customers. The scenario you've described, combining multiple invoices into one with proper tracking, provides really helpful context.     Hi Nic, thanks for sharing this idea. We can see how helpful it would be to paste invoice details straight from a spreadsheet. It'd make the process faster and easier, especially for longer invoices.

    For now, one option is to use the Import feature. By pasting your spreadsheet data into Xero’s CSV template and uploading it, you can create invoices in bulk. It’s not quite direct copy-paste, but it’s a quicker way to handle larger invoices.

    We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support to understand how many of you would find this useful. If you can, let us know what tool you’re copying from and which columns you’d most want to include, your feedback will help guide what we look at next.

    Thank you to everyone that's joined and shared feedback on our new homepage experience, here. Continuing to review and take this on board our team are working on some updates to the Invoices owed to you and Bills to pay widgets.

    The intention is to offer more flexibility in the size of these widgets with the ability to reduce and remove the graph from showing.

    I'll come back to share more as this progresses.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts on bulk allocation of credit notes, everyone. We understand that manually applying credit notes one by one can be time-consuming, and we appreciate wanting a a faster, more streamlined solution.

    Currently, while we know it won't be the flow that suits all, it's possible to apply credit notes to multiple invoices for a single contact by opening the credit note and selecting the invoices to apply it to.

    Atm, we're in the process of releasing a new experience for Sales Credit Notes. This work will enable us to develop changes like you're asking here longer term. However, the initial release is focused on developing existing features into the new Credit Notes experience. Once this is fully rolled out the team will have more capacity to consider enhancements like bulk allocations, however we want to be upfront that this isn't planned for the short term.

    Hi everyone, I'm pleased to share that we're moving forward with the ability to schedule the send of an invoice from Xero.

    We're in the early phase of releasing our new invoicing scheduler to customers, and appreciating the direct interest you've all shown here we've included everyone that's voted on this idea in our initial rollout!

    You'll see a tool tip on the invoice page for email scheduling, and be able to choose the right date/time when you go to email an invoice (from the send email dropdown). 😊

    We're really keen to hear your feedback.

    We appreciate there are asks within this idea for being able to schedule the send of other document type such as payslips and want to be upfront that this isn't in the roadmap at present.
