Hi team, we appreciate our customers that have been using our Global Pay Run feature, however we cannot extend use of Global Pay Run past 23 July 2025.
To make sure you have access to your pay run data after the product is removed from Xero on 28 April 2026 we must have enough time to archive and store it.
We’ve been offering Pay Run to our Global Edition customers since 2011 to provide basic payroll functionality. However, over the years, we’ve focused our efforts on making solutions available which offer enhanced features and a deeper integration with the Xero platform, such as Xero payroll in AU, UK and NZ and other solutions available in the Xero App Store. These solutions allow you to complete your payroll and accounting all in one place. Thanks for the extra detail, Ross and apologies I never rounded back on this here. While we also don't have plans for creating a report that includes all the detail from a contacts record atm I've slightly adjusted the title of your idea here and we'll continue to track interest in this here. If any plans are made down the line I'll be sure to let you know on the idea here.

Hi team we appreciate support in this idea, however as previously shared we don't have any current plans for extending files to accommodate what's being asked here.
We're continuing to keep a watch on the support for this, and recommend exploring the Xero app store if this is something you need right now.

Hi Brian, appreciate it's not a direct filter option like you're asking here however if you often need to filter by say country or another aspect of your Contact perhaps you may consider creating Contact groups? This way you'd be able to click on the group within contacts when you need.
Being open we don't have any direct plans for adding more filtering to the Contact list atm, but we'll continue to track your idea here and share if there are any plans made.
