Hey community, 👋 thanks for all your support on this idea, I’m pleased to let you know that this has been delivered for UK Payroll initially! It includes the ability to select the date range you’re interested in, and check boxes to either select all results or multiple. Then you can download your selection as a single PDF of multiple payslips.
For users in AU and NZ we know this is a highly anticipated feature, however to be open this is not any immediate plans for those teams so we’ll leave this idea open. While we appreciate it doesn’t help employers needing bulk downloads, employees can be invited into the Xero Me portal to self-serve payslip collection.

I would find this helpful as well. Also I have 3 employee groups setup, Admin, Workshop & Apprentices. It would be helpful to be able to select more than one group at a time, currently you can choose ALL or each individual group, but i sometimes need to select two groups i.e workshop & apprentices. This would speed up my reporting time.

This is a feature in the previous payroll program we used and was very helpful for people planning for future holidays when their balance is low.

Also when you are tyring to enter alphabetically on their name you filter for the payroll week and then alphabetise but as soon as you open and close someones timesheet it reverts back and you have to keep filter and then alphabetise each time.

Hi everyone, while not directly from an employee's record it's possible to view an employees payslip without having to download it. If you select Pay employees from the Payroll menu, choose the required pay run you'll be able to click View Reports where you can choose the 'Payslips' option.
From here you can see the payslips for all employees in that pay period.
We don't have direct plans for adding this capability from within an employee's record atm, but we'll track the interest of this here and let you know if any change is planned.

I don't understand why if it is available in one country why not in another? Makes no sense. to do it any other way is time consuming and frustrating.
