    Yes! Quarter numbers as well. It's so basic...I don't understand why this hasn't been improved

    I cannot believe this still isn't an option. It is such a simple request. Listing the date of the invoice (Month/Day) as a placeholder is extremely common. I have to save repeating invoices to drafts and then edit them before approving them. It's such a massive time waster. Please add this as a placeholder or at least give users the option to drag and drop their own place holders.

    Hi everyone, returning from my last update I wanted to confirm that we have released generative answers in Xero in app help for all customers.

    We appreciate this isn't a direct live chat feature that is being asked for in this idea and will move the status back to Submitted, however we'd recommend giving this a try when you're next looking for an answer while working in Xero.

    This feature takes into account what page you’re viewing, and the version of Xero you use, to do the best to ensure that the information provided is relevant to you.

    Live chat is not something we have planned at this stage but if any steps are planned toward this, we'll let you know here.

    After spending some time back in QBO, I can say that Xero support is falling way behind. The live chat feature and ability call for support (not have to get someone to call me) is extremely efficient and effective. QBO also has a share screen feature which is phenomenal. I am a big fan of Xero, but after spending time back in QBO, I am not happy with some of the support changes Xero has made over the past couple of years.

    Hi everyone, appreciate the tractions on this idea.

    It's clear that having key tax and compliance dates visible on the dashboard would make it much easier to plan ahead and ensure due dates are met. When those deadlines live outside of Xero, it can mean extra admin and more mental load than necessary.

    I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can capture interest and share with the product team how valuable this added visibility would be.

    Hi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.

    Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.

    I can't believe that uploading a multi-page document as one item using the mobile app isn't possible. Users should be able to select "multi-page document" and take multiple pictures that all merge into one document. This is very standard. Some very basic scanner apps have this feature.

    Hi everyone, Hubdoc remains a core part of our offering, however we want to be transparent that we’re currently focused on delivering more efficiencies through Xero directly - such as with our new Smart Document Capture that helps create and match transactions for you directly from your Inbox. This feature is currently available to organisations in all regions except NZ and AU, which we're working on expanding this feature to soon.

    We also recently introduced the ability to upload multiple documents from your device to Xero using the Xero Accounting app. This feature enables you upload as either separate or a single document, that organisations can then use Smart Document Capture to help them create transactions fro once in the files inbox.

    We appreciate some users here may prefer for this feature within Hubdoc itself however this isn't something we have plans of developing within Hubdoc. Thanks
