Hi team, pleased to share another update as progress moves along in this space.
We'd now doing some early testing of the teams concepts for being able to bundle inventory in Xero.

Hi community, our product team have started exploring some improvements in inventory in Xero with the ability to bulk update the sales price of inventory items by a percentage being one they've set their eyes on!
For now, we'll shift to Under review and I'll be back to share more when there's news 😊

Hi everyone, our product teams are continuously reviewing and reprioritising their roadmaps for future work and although we don’t have any plans to change the credit application process this year, this is something we will investigate more closely in 2026.
As we begin to explore work for enabling credit notes in the bill payments flow, we’ll reach out for input to help us shape the design and approach so we cater for the widest possible requirements. Thank you all, and we’ll be back to share when exploration starts.

Hi Community! 👋
Following up on my last post—I’m excited to share that we've officially begun the rollout of the new Products & Services permissions for the Invoice Only role!
Currently this is rolled out to 50% of users, so many of you will already see these new options in your settings:
- No access
- View
- View and create/edit
- View, create/edit, and adjust stock
We’re monitoring the rollout closely and expect to release to all users very soon. I’ll be back with one final update as soon as the feature is available to everyone 🙏

While only on an invoice by invoice basis atm there is a slightly simpler option that the team released that will help create a packing slip for invoices.
Would be good to get a sense of the interest for a bulk option and creating for multiple invoices at once.

This is absolutely essential to us, we are actively looking to change from Xero because it's lacking this and with a business with almost £3m turnover, this is just not acceptable due to the limited functionality of the current inventory system
