While it's not currently possible to add your Instagram link to your advisor listing on xero.com, you could add your Xero advisor listing URL from xero.com to add to your Instagram page.
We don't have direct plans for adding more social link options to Xero advisor listings atm, but we'd like to get a sense of the community support for this that our product team can consider.

Appreciate your idea here, Johnny. Great to be hearing how we could make more improvements to the new Xero Partner Hub homepage to help your practice run.
We'll start to track the support in this here. As you'll have seen our product team are highly engaged with the feedback coming in on this and I'll make sure to let you know if there are any updates for this in the works.

Hi everyone, thanks for your engagement on this idea! We completely understand why it matters, especially for our global Partners. A person’s name is a big part of who they are, and having to simplify or change it just to fit into a software field can be frustrating and confusing.
We’ve moved this idea to ‘Gaining Support’ so our product teams can see its impact. Are there particular characters or languages where you notice this most?

Hi team, thanks for continuing to engage, and share the importance of easily viewing tax filing errors from the Xero Partner Homepage with us here.
Right now, for AU Practices there are a few tax widgets available that those with View tax return permissions will be able to view.
Both Activity Statements, and Income tax returns widgets will show returns with lodgment errors.
We're also in the process of developing tax widgets for NZ practices and I'll be sure to update you with more on this once it's ready 😊

Appreciate you letting us know how filters on the Jobs widget in the new XPH homepage would be useful.

Hi team, thanks for sharing this! We can see how resizable widgets would make the Partner Hub feel more tailored to each practice. Some teams might want a big view of their Alerts, while others prefer a compact Time Summary—being able to adjust widget sizes would make the dashboard feel more like your own workspace.
Currently, fixed-size widgets can make key information feel crowded or require extra clicks to see more rows of data.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so our product teams can understand the demand for a more flexible dashboard. We’d love to hear from you—which widgets would you most like to expand or resize?

Hi team, wanting to provide an update to you here, we want you to know we understand the efficiency more users would like to have in being able to automate the creation of the Xero subscription invoice inside their Xero org.
To highlight from my last update for UK users this is possible with eInvoicing through the online invoice (My Bills page).
This is still something we're interested in developing in more regions however isn't planned in our roadmap just yet.
When resource opens up for us to be able to pick this work up we will share an update with you all on this here. Thanks for staying engaged and supporting in this idea.

Thanks for raising this with us Nuha, we can see how restricting Staff access on unauthorised devices might be helpful for businesses. While this is currently not possible, we can open this idea up to the Xero community so other users who would like to see this change can also share their thoughts. Hi everyone, thanks for the engagement in this idea overtime. Being transparent, we don't have any plans for enabling the ability to work across multiple organisations at a time.
Allowing multiple organisations to be open in one browser session creates risk of entering data for one organisation in another that'd create a permanent audit trail in the wrong place.
However, as shared by some here there are workarounds;
- You can use separate web browsers or incognito windows for each organisation, or
- Create multiple profiles within a browser like Chrome.
Both these options provide safer process for accessing different organisations at once.
If we make any plans to revisit this in the future we'll update this idea to share with you all here.

It's great to have Jobs and be able to track them or display them on the dashboard.
However, each Job may require several Tasks; for example, Activity Statement is a Job that includes all the monthly, quarterly or yearly BAS and/or IAS statements requiring preparation and lodgement.
It is these tasks that are the critical backbone of the work actually conducted in a firm and what we are held legally responsible for under our client agreements.
Clear tracking of Tasks, including the schedule for when they are conducted or due for lodgement, is needed front and centre when staff log in.
Currently, the process is convoluted and impractical in a busy firm. Having it as a standard option on the dashboard is critical so work is not missed.
