  2. When you look at an inventory item, it shows that you have that item on order, but it doesn't show you in the history and notes, what PO that the item is ordered on. All it shows in the history is the Bill's and the invoices.

    IT needs to show in the history the PO that the goods on order are ordered on.

The chart of accounts should really have opening stock, closing stock and dividends as these are items that are usually needed, or perhaps some codes should be blank and we can amend them to our clients needs. The Chart of accounts are currently very basic and when adding a new code it should give you the available codes under each section i.e. for direct costs give an indication of which 300 code is available and where it should be rather than us having to guess.

  5. The New Bills report answers our need for original currency in an awaiting payment report, as a large firm of Accountants we need this for our multinational clients. However we need the Export button to be able to produce a report to approve payments from the client. Please can this be added asap. Thanks

  6. We have had a number of issues relating to modified invoices / documents within Xero. It would be great if there is a way we can setup alerts or email notifications each time certain documents are modified such as invoices or figures on forms etc. This would allow our Financial Controller to oversee all changes made on a global level.

  8. Businesses need the ability to provide customers with itemized receipts so customers can process their insurance claims/tax deductions etc.
    Xero currently does not allow this - and it is very frustrating.

  11. In the bank feed section. Please make the vendor history available when going through bank feeds. QBO has a button in the bank feeds called Categorization History. This way to do not have to go into a contact page to view how something was coded in the past. This is for things without rules.

When I assign supplier invoices to a project then charge the client those amounts and get paid, at the moment to then go and pay those supplier invoices after being payed by the client I have to note down all the invoice numbers then go into bills to pay and find all the invoices to create a batch payment. it would be helpful to be able to pay the bills attached to the invoice through the project tab or even be able to select an invoice in the bills tab and have it show all the bills attached to that…

  15. It would be very helpful if any super that has had the 'Mark as Paid' applied was also shown on the superannuation status page and also on the Superannuation Payments Report too. It is a collaborative QA, transparancy/visibility thing that would be very helpful given we have clients, BASAgents, Bookkeepers and Accountants all trying to make sure a client meets all obligations so showing this would provide good clear confirmation as to what has occured no matter which 'advisor' with permission logged in - we can all support each other this way.

  16. When completing bookkeeping for a client, if you were to go out of the reconciliation tab you have to go back to the dashboard to get back into. I think that if there was a 'reconcile' link in the 'business' tab if would make us more efficient.

  17. Run a report that shows if sales invoices assigned to all projects have been paid.

    Common business process;
    -Assign customer and supplier invoices to a specific project
    -Once the customer has paid, then pay the supplier that the project pertains to

    At the moment, to get this information, you have to go into each individual project to check if it has been paid before noting and then paying the supplier. This is massively time consuming. Please help, thank you
