Xero technical team please help us functioning a feature to download multiple payslips at once for each employee or for a certain period. Thanks

I can't believe xero does not have this basic function when other programs have had it for years. Ah well, off I go to download and rename 52 weeks of payslips for workcover.

The maximum of 250 historic payslips also needs to be removed, or an option to turn it on or off in settings.

Again, in legal forensic review work this is imperative.

That would be really useful for me now. As we need to show compliance for subsidized pay periods and currently can only download single payslips

It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows multiple employees payslips in one report. We are often asked to provide multiple copies of payslips for employees, and adding a report like this would be very helpful.

Please note we need an option to download all payslips for a particular employee in a single PDF file, one payslip per page.
Downloading payslips for *all* employees in a single PDF file is useful too but obviously not useful when we want to share with employees.

Goto Payroll, Employees, select a employee, Payslips, you can click the download button and download as many as you want.

Cons...
1. The download uses the same file "Payslip" instead of [name]+[date], so you can save easier, and will need to rename every download by name and date.
2. You cant download a date range.
3. you can only do one employee at a time.

It would be so great if we could download multiple payslips at once i.e for the entire financial year.

Absolutely a required feature. I have to email weekly payslips for the past 8 years for a long service leave claim so that equates to around 416 separate files that need to be emailed off. Please make this feature a priority.

So, you released this feature in 2022 for the UK and what, now this feature is on a slow boat from China yet to arrive in Australia?

Workcover requires 12 months worth of payslips and I have to download them one at a time because Xero cant push a button and make this feature available for Australian users?

I really want to go back to MYOB where features like this, and many others, have been available for several years.

We need to download a full year of payslips (52) to support a WorkCover claim - so clearly a common requirement.

Please add my 5000 votes for this feature.
Can’t think of anything more frustrating than this limitation within Xero.

Surely this has to be implemented ASAP - it should be a very easy fix if already implemented in another country? What is stopping it from happening in AUS?

I need to provide payslips since I first started work to someone and having to download them one by one is an absolute headache

I changed to xero as was told how good teh package is, however find it very lacking when it comes to doing reports and anything other than the day to day. The reconcilliation idea is great however if someone makes a mistake it is then very hard to find and fix

We need this for apprentice subsidies. It would be helpful if they downloaded with a week ending date for quick location.
