Xero to xero is an excellent feature and save our time alots. It's really bad if xero to xero does not work on new invoicing and vote to include.

For future reference, improved is defined as "having become or been made better"

Feel like someone needed to read that given the options that followed the above quote were all worse than the Xero to Xero invoicing we previously relied on.

We have looked at the new invoicing. The xero to xero function does not seem to be there. How does this work in the new version?

Why is Xero retiring Classic invoicing.?

Like Chantelle and many others, we use the Classic Invoicing version on Xero to send Invoices to our inter-companies and clients who are also registered with Xero. We could not operate without it. It is one of the keu features that encouraged our transition to Xero.

I had a trial of the New Invoicing, it is clunky, way way slower and lacks functionality and streamline capabilities of Classic Invoicing.

Einvoicing does not replace Xero to Xero invoicing.
It is not user friendly, which, in my opinion, we have all switched to Xero.

I would suggest that until you Xero can incorporate Xero to Xero invoicing feature and clean up the whole look and placement of function tabs, you seriously consider deferring the retirement date of Classic Invoicing.

We are now paying higher fees. Xero algorithms (AI) are severely lacking.
Is Xero addressing the problem. It is just getting worse and worse.

Today, for example. I entered a bill from a regular supplier for Regrowth Control. Xero allocated the expense to Cattle purchases. This happens every single day on a way too regular basis.

And Just reiterating:

It is ridiculous not to have and keep Xero to Xero invoicing. The sheer volume and time wasted typing in every individual line for accounting and tracking are not feasible. It is so much easier to have bills come prefilled. This is another dumb idea by Xero. The bigger Xero gets, the worse the program becomes.

If you have multiple Xero entities and do intracompany transactions, Xero-to-Xero is the easiest and safest way to be sure invoices and bills are recorded on both sides. All of the suggested alternatives are worse options.

If you add their bill email to their card as an extra email it will send your invoices as a draft.

I agree, it is crazy not to include the Xero to Xero functionality in new invoicing!

If this function is not being included in new invoicing, please do not make the classic invoicing obsolete. This feature saves time and errors.

It is very inconvenient not having the xero to xero in the new invoicing upgrade. We use this for 80% of our clients and has now doubled our work. I will be switching back to classic invoicing until I can no longer use this.

If there is less functionality in the new invoicing, dont force users to transition to it. Changes needs to be better and beneficial to users especially with increased subscription prices, not adding to their inconvenience which is exactly what removing Xero to Xero is.

We use Xero for our accounting practice and invoice all of our clients using Xero.
It is terribly inconvenient to not have the 'Xero to Xero' functionality right on the 'Approve and Email' popup.
Now I will have to select Approve, then go to Invoices, Awaiting Payment, and finally select the unsent invoice to email the invoice with the Xero to Xero checkbox.
If I accidently select Approve and Email, I am screwed. Can't send via the Xero to Xero without resending the email which is obviously confusing to the client.

I am unhappy that you are taking away time-saving functionality - adding to my workload.

Whilst we don't use Xero to Xero with all of our suppliers, we do use it for those suppliers who have Xero who invoice us daily-weekly. Please reinstate as it's going to add a lot of time weekly.

I'm surprised that there's been no mention about it when taking on the new invoicing method (which still have bugs when I'm trying to add cost centres) and generally is not an improvement.

What a joke, you want to increase fees all the time & supply less functionality, how much is being saved by not coding this in? pretty soon you wont have anything vs paper & pencil.

PLEASE PLEASE find a fix to do XERO to XERO its a wonderful feature and a must for me and my many clients. I'm gutted if you dont get this fixed. - I'm going back to old invoicing until you get a fix for as long as I can .

Also - why does it take so long for the address on an invoice to populate, when you open an already sent invoice - this is so annoying and a time waster. Please fix this one too

This is crazy - are your retiring Xero-to-Xero invoicing then? The option to send via the Xero network is not appearing for me in the UK.

It's important to me that this feature (Xero Network) Please added to New Invoicing. Please do it.

This is a joke. You are forcing us to move to a new invoicing mechanism by retiring the old one but that move removes functionality that some of your customers rely on. Either make the new invoicing feature equivalent of the old one or don't retire it!

Very disappointing this has been changed to "Not Planned"!
