    This would really help our charity, allowing our volunteers to focus on achieving the charity’s aims of helping the disabled, rather than on doing the admin!

    This is is an important way that Xero could support UK charities. Having to log in to the bank to do manual downloads takes up time that would be better spent on something more productive. It was the one thing that made me hesitate about transferring the charity accross from Quickbooks (which does have a CAF bank feed), but I did so in hope that Xero would catch up.

    We have had to open a second bank account to facilitate using xero but as a charity would much prefer to return to CAF. As the previous post says, we have been asking for this for years (along with being able to schedule an invoice. Grrrr!) and it would be so beneficial

    We’ve been asking for this for 5 years, going back to the days when we had a personal account manager. It would make a huge difference to several of my charity clients.
