can we please have a way of updating pay items in bulk
when items are imported via a different pay system the W1 area is not updated
and to do 100 items takes so much time as they have to be one indivually.

AU Payroll | Leave - Multiple approvers
Would really like the option to have a second layer to approve leave. I am a HR Manager and find it hard when the manager approves leave verbally and I do not get notified until later. I would like to see the option for HR or Finance to get a notification or get the option to approve prior to the manager so we can manage the employee leave status.

Invoice Branding - Increase limit from 15 Custom DOCX themes
There is no reason to have a limit of 15 Custom DOCX Branding Themes (when those are needed to be used as RCTI). Organisations that issue RCTI do so for many clients so why limit it.

Reports - Depreciation schedule report break down by month

- depreciation schedule present by monthly - can show each month depreciation
- inventory xero function - not good for SG country
- export report, GL - kindly include the attached document together when export out. so we don not need save another document in our server. every doc can view via xero software.
- phone apps - xero - not much thing can do. just for upload purpose. not good enuf. at the end we still need use laptop to do the job.

We'll leave this idea as "Depreciation schedule report - break down by month" and I've created a new idea for your 3rd point, and added your vote to it.
For points 2 and 4 we need more detail to understand specifically what is lacking in inventory and the phone apps. Would you please be able to see if any other ideas already exist for the features you'd like to see, and vote for them. If they don't already exist, create a new idea per request 😊

To provide the option to import new contact(s) to an existing group.
Purpose: Users can easily put the imported contacts into the existing group once the file is uploaded into Xero.

MFA - Allow setup of Multi-Factor Authentication on first Login
Currently, when you invite a brand new user to Xero who has never used Xero before:
1) on first log in you need to register for Xero & set password

Sales invoice | Merge - Bring through reference to new invoice
When merging multiple invoices in the new invoice format, need to be able to copy across the reference field to the new invoice.

Contacts - display unpaid invoice on top only under client/contact
Ability: Xero only displaying the unpaid invoice up top under client/contact ----- same as former Xero version - PLEASE change this back it was perfect and it is very much not userfriendly now
Purpose: quick overview of the account i.e. which invoices are unpaid and what was communicated last

Remittance Advice on Spend Money
Ability to send remittance advice for bills not paid via Xero. So I am able to send remittance on “spend money” transactions.

There are lots of efficiencies in how bills can now be created in Xero without much manual intervention so would be good to understand more of the detail behind your business needs, here.

Sales report - By contact location
It's unfathomable to me that it is not possible to do something as simple as output sales by state or by province or by country or by city. These are discreet fields in Xero and we ought to be able to filter a sales or P&L report to just include sales for some regions or to summarize by state or country. Right now all I can do is export all transactions and run everything through excel, which is not the way this should work. Thanks.

From Contacts you can set up and get a list of customers that meet certain rules that you've set up - such as 'Location' is and setting this to one or more locations your customers are based.

Projects - quote for a number of visits a year - NOT time specific visits.
In Projects I would like the option to create a quote, track and invoice my client where the charge is per "session" Currently Tasks are either fixed price (which does not allow me to quote for a quantity of the same item over the course fo the project) or they are hourly based and my client does not wish the time spent to be shown on the quote or invoice. Reporting - Ability to sort notes alphabetically
On the notes section to the financial reports in adviser reports templated under the groups, I would like the accounts selected to be in alphabetical order. At the moment the only option is to manually drag and drop - with a large number of accounts this is extremely time consuming. An automated function would assist.

Bills - Automatically calculate Unit Price from a Quantity and Line Total
I have a bill to enter from a supplier with around 40 line items.
The supplier does not list unit prices on their invoice, so i do not have accurate unit prices to enter for each line item to match the line item total.
This means i have to calculate and enter each line item unit price individually in order to match each line item total.
If i could enter the line item total and qty, with xero automatically calculate/enter the unit price, this will make entry of these bills significantly quicker.2 votes -

Xero Me | Expenses - Remove Employee from 'Nothing to review'
It would be useful to be able to remove employees who are no longer working for the company from the Xero Expenses app. It's annoying having their names pop up under the "Nothing to review" section as it's easy to continue to file expenses under their name even though they no longer work for the company.

Inventory | Reports - Report that lists item sales and customer name and email address
We need to be able to create a report that lists inventory item sales and includes the customer name AND other customer contact information such as email address or phone number.
There have been occasions where I've needed to contact a large group of customers that have purchased a product from me due to a misprint in a book or an update to a title. At present, the only way I can do this is to export my inventory report and add the contacts manually. Xero Support Specialist - Daniel has confirmed this.
