Invoice - Contact bank account details field on invoice
The contacts screen has the financial details Bank account i.e Bank account name, BSB code e.g. 123-456, Bank account number e.g. 1234567890.
However these are not fields on the invoice.
Xero help out and create these fields on the invoice.

Reporting - Export default settings
To be able to set a default to display the actual figures to decimal places as opposed to the current display which rounds up values when exporting bank statements to .pdf document or excel documents

A client needs a further option on a bill. Equipment Hire / Plant Hire can be in hours/days/weeks

AU Payroll - Display tax rate on payslip
Add the tax rate % on payslips.
At the moment the tax is automatically calculated through Xero, casual employees are wanting to know exactly what % is being taxed from their pay and not just what is deducted and called tax!1 vote -

For clients who use the iPad app for quotes, it is important that the quote be able to be printed. This would be for Xero clients whose customers visit a place of business ("the shop") to discuss an order; the Xero client should be able to print the quote for delivery to the client.
For one of my potential clients, this procedure applies to 95% of the quote opportunities.As of this writing, it is not possible to Share the quote (only email) and if converted to a draft invoice, tapping the Share option automatically converts it to Approved without warning. It would be so easy to add the Share option on a quote; don't understand why it wasn't implemented.

AU Payroll - Allow HECS / HELP tax deductions for Labour Hires
Prior to the upgrade, if you were a labour hire firm and had contractors who were not a company but used their TFN, you could select the box to allow additional tax deductions for HELP / HECS debts. With the new Phase 2 STP, Xero have confirmed that if you have labour hire using TFN's and they have a hecs debt you cannot check the box and will need to manually calculate the hecs amount to deduct each payrun. This means that every payrun, for every hecs debt you will need to manually add an amount working through the various HECS thresholds. Given this was a feature before the "upgrade" (read downgrade), one would think it could be transferred over. Xero support have advised they effectively don't care and get on with manually calculating.
You can check the HECS button if you list the labour hire employee as a regular employee, but I have confirmed with the ATO that we still need to report labour hire income separately and not as standard employee wages.
Requesting they bring the function back to be able to have a TFN labour hire employee who (whether Xero likes it or not) have a HECS debt and be able to calculate the correct PAYGW to withhold.

Fixed Assets | Depreciation - Ability to round to the nearest dollar
Have a choice of rounding depreciation calculations up to the nearest dollar and reporting $ only in the depreciation schedule and other fixed asset reports.
Currently it rounds to the nearest cent.. This does not suit our requirements and so have to prepare our own depreciation schedules outside of Xero4 votes -

the feature should be available to to email a range of invoices, for all tabs whether paid or unpaid, not just one single tab
1 voteHi Wendell, it'd be good to understand the needs behind your idea here. Is there a specific reason you'd like to be able to send a invoices of different status together?
In lieu, you could look at running and exporting the Contact transaction reports to help paint a picture of your customers activity, this could then be sent to them outside of Xero.

One of my clients has hundreds of employees and at present when processing an unscheduled pay run, I have to keep clicking through the pages to find the employee. It would be so much quicker to be able to search for an employee within the Draft Payrun to then select to add.

When setup tax basis: cash basis, the sales tax report could show invoice number and reference by separate column not replace reference instead of invoice number.

Invoices | Single click back to drafts
I would LOVE a link back to draft bills & invoices from the approved bill or invoice. When using email to bill and repeating invoices, after approval there is a link to add a new 'whatever'. But there is no single-click option to go straight to drafts to keep processing these. Instead you must click twice to purchases overview and then drafts.
When processing a large queue of draft bills and invoices, this would be a huge time-saver for me, and I'm sure many others.

Bank accounts - Export list of unreconciled items from Account Transactions screen
Be able to export to Excel the Account Transactions screen from the bank that shows the unreconciled items
9 votesHi all, I wanted to share that while there's no export option on the Account Transactions screen itself, it is possible to export a list of unreconciled Account Transactions with the Business Bank Account Reconciliation Summary report. If you export a copy of this to Excel you'll find the sections for Plus Outstanding Payments and Less Outstanding Receipts which are the unreconciled account transactions. Hope that helps 😊

Dashboard - Show Bank Feed expiry date
Can the bank feed expiry date be shown on the dashboard or perhaps in the bank account screen rectangle for each account. It is a frustrating task to have to repeatedly contact clients to update this .... and worse they tend to blame Xero for the functionality rather than GDPR

Bank Reconciliation: Nominate rounding account code
Allow Xero for rounding on bank statements for an adjustment to go to another GL account.

Reconciliation: Remove archived accounts from drop-down menu
I have a number of accounts that are archived. However they still appear in the dropdown options when I reconcile an account. This makes for confusion when selecting accounts.
