  1. i would like to that when you have made a superannuation payment through Xero, that it creates a bill, with a screen shot or a list of employees that has been paid. will make it easier for when you have an audit.

  3. My EOM reports include PL, BS, Receivables AND payroll. Management report doesn't allow payroll reports to be added. Please allow this to be added to minimise time generating additional reports.

  5. Ability to restrict which pay items an employee can view in Xero Me to only those that apply to that employee. Without this ability employees sometimes choose pay items that do not apply to them. Most often this is picked up at the authorisation stage but why allow the possibility for error in the first place.

  6. Currently the Salary Sacrifice is just deducted on the Gross to Net report. Where as on the TB the amount is added. It would be good if this could be segregated.

  9. It would be great if there was an option (tick the box) to copy last week's wages for the current week for payroll. I have casual staff who sometimes have the same hours as the previous week's so not having to replicate this would be great and the quickest way would be to have a tick the box which can copy it across to the current payroll

  11. Project Summary Report always had actual hours and estimated hours on and since it has been updated this option is no longer available and that is 2 of the most important columns for us. Also the wording of the headings have changed and no longer match the Project Details report which is ridiculous. This report needs to be converted back to how they used to be.

  12. I would like the option of creating separate pay runs and allowing certain individuals access to each. This would help when doing management and senior staff payroll so payroll admin can't access the information of the senior management team. I think the access rights in Xero need to be a bit more flexible as it seems an all or nothing system at the moment. Other accounting packages do have more flexibility with access rights and I think this lets Xero down.

  13. Could we have the ability to update timesheets each payrun from and excel spreadsheet.
    This is so that admin staff can data enter timesheet information without necessarily having access to the payroll system. This is also in the case of Company's who do not want the Xero Me function.

    With improvements to XeroMe our intention is to make it simpler for employees to self enter this sort of information. 

    Is there a particular reason why you'd prefer not to use this function? Would be good to be able to share this back with our team or perhaps there's another idea I could be connecting you in with here

  15. It would be great to have read-only access to payroll - all of it - for auditors.
    They need access to the staff files, the individual transactions and the reports - as they have with the rest of the business.

  16. In Australia we are required to check an employee's visa status and keep a record of such.

    Additionally we have to report on this every quarter.

    It would be great to add visit status to the employment record

  19. We have a 2 year old issue where we changed an employee end date then reverted a payrun. HMRC has not recognised the revertion or that the resubmission is the same data so we have a duplicate that we haven't been able to sort out.
    To avoid this pain for others, could there be a pop-up warning if someone tries to revert (or otherwise change) a payrun where an included employee has an end date set? Or if the end date has been changed? The details of how it works can be as is easiest to implement.

  20. More than four bank accounts for employees: It would be helpful if we could have more than four bank accounts for employee wages to be split into. A minimum of 6 would be good as a few employees have asked for money to be split into more than four accounts.
