  2. Is it possible to add a few extra columns to XPM - All jobs board rather than creating different reports or clicking on different jobs/pages to collate basic client information. I would like to add the following columns to assist with Trusts and Superfunds.

    -Trustee/Company Name
    -Invoice Number

    Currently, if you invoice a Trust e.g. ABC Family Trust for XYZ Pty Ltd (Trustee), I would like to see both entities in Jobs board and not just ABC Family Trust. This comes in handy when chasing payments or matching jobs as a result in separate jobs linked to a Trust or…

  3. Hubdoc date format recognition is set at a global level, meaning when it processes invoices for US date formats, it can get it very wrong (e.g. 01-09-23 is interpreted as 9th Jan 2023 when it should in fact be 1st Sep 2023).

    This makes automating the process impossible and requires manual checking and adjustment of the date on all US date format documents before submitting to Xero. It can also lead to mistakes and significant additional time to rectify errors when reconciling.

  4. It would be really helpful if there was a way of adding a notification dot on the "failed" tab in Hubdocs to alert the user to any documents that have not been published. We have often had documents that have failed but forget to look on the failed tab. A reminder dot would be so helpful and probably quite easy to install into the programme. Is this possible please?

  5. The dividends are not sorted alphabetically in the return, although they are sorted in the prefill. Can we have the ability to sort fields included in the individual tax return worksheets, such as Item 11 Dividends, Item D5 Other work Expenses, and other similar fields.
    This will make it easier to check and compare, and it looks much more professional.

  6. Change/Simplify the wording of Medicare Levy item M2-A regarding number of days not liable for surcharge. The question is a double-negative and hard to comprehend sometimes.

    Suggestion: "How many days was the taxpayer covered by Private health during the year?"

    We often just print a tax estimate and it would be great to have one button for the tax estimate rather than having to unclick all the other options in the print menu.

  10. Currently the file sizes generated in uploading receipts is unnecessary large - I often see 3Mb for a coffee receipt! This is problematic when onward charging expenses to customers (and requires manually resizing before adding to an invpice which is time consuming) and must be costing you a fortune in data storage. Why isn't the file size limited to a sensible size or at least configurable by the user?

  11. Expose the staff billable rate on the XPM API?

    The billable rate for staff timesheets/tasks aren't available for jobs until they are invoiced, and there's no way for integrations with XPM to understand the in-progress cost of a job without getting the staff billable rate... or if there's an override on the job.

  12. Now that you've forcible inserted every single client as a line item in Xero HQ via Single Client Record, we NEED the ability to filter search results to only show client lines with Xero files attached.

    Example: searching for 'Lee' used to result in 3 client Xero files - now it results in 598.

    This is literally unusable.

    EDIT: There is a filter for TYPE of subscription; I do not and could not care less whether a client has a Ledger, GST Cashbook, Starter, Premium, whatever other tier you care to make up.

    I just NEED a tickbox to toggle…

  13. Not an idea really but a bug which needs fixing.
    A lot of suppliers like FedEx for example send $0 bills which HubDoc is unable to publish to Xero as the Tax and Subtotal amounts is calculated wrongly despite the bill's Total Amount of $0.00 being correctly detected. As a result the invoice cannot be published to Xero.

  15. Xero finally added Legal Name & Business Name fields so we can actually file 1099s properly for sole proprietors that have a different legal name than the contact name. This was a critical improvement But now we have to toggle between two different contact pages because there isn't full integration between the 1099 Contact page and the main Contact page.   16. It would be good if you could copy and paste from a document in HUBDOC. Like you can from any pdf format document.

    eg If I enter an invoice in HUBDOC it would be good if I could go back to it and copy and paste the bank details into Xero like you can from any pdf document.

  17. When editing the document in Hubdoc, could the creditor/suppliers bank account number please automatically show in the Xero details area. As then we could confirm that the right Xero creditor has been selected and that the bank account number matches the supplier invoice at that moment.

  19. As a dedicated Xero partner, I've been leveraging the capabilities of the XPM Suite in conjunction with Seamlss to manage and streamline my operations. While the current integration offers a range of functionalities, I've observed that the existing API limitations are hindering our efficiency.

  20. Suggest that when printing Published accounts that any lines under 1.00 are hidden.
    Example (as we don't print cents in our published reports).
    If there say .46 left in an account , that line is not printed, As currently it will print with no amounts. and looks silly. (need to jnl the cents somewhere else to clear.
