  2. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to set multiple lock dates for various clients at once, so that we don't have to go into each client separately each month. It would also be helpful to have this option on Xero HQ with a view to their current locked period as well.

  4. Update the text flags for the reconciled/completed (etc) flags in workpapers so that they change if an item is marked as complete or not (i.e. the wording changes from Not Completed to Completed once flagged). This would assist staff who are colour blind or have other vision impairments that mean that they can't see the coloured flags but instead could hover over the icon to see if an items was completed or not.

  6. Currently Hubdoc rounds unit prices to two decimal points, despite Xero itself allowing multiple. Invoices where we record units/unit price are unable to be correctly recorded in Hubdoc due to this errant rounding.

  7. It's great that there is now the option to finalise and create a bill on a BAS...however that is not the default choice for Tax & BAS Agents so it would be nice if the big button was to FINALISE the BAS and the small button with the option to create the bill. Leave it as default in the linked to ATO BAS (lodge and create bill) but for BAS that aren't being lodged in Xero directly it's not helpful.

  10. As with Individual returns and Activity Statements, the contact name and email address are automatically populated when you press request signature. For some reason, Company, Trust, and Pship returns have to be manually entered. Besides the time, it opens up the risk of an incorrect address being entered. Please fix this small but meaningful step.

  11. We have staff that need to see who the biller client is for a group however we do not want them being able to see staff timesheets.

    We would like the Access Financial data tab broken up to enable staff to see the billing client.

  13. Ability to attach a document to a specific query on the accountant end.
    Would save us from having to go to the workpaper in order to open the document that the query references. Instead could open directly from the query tab.

  14. When you use the cog in Hubdoc to update supplier information e.g. payment terms it use to being up the supplier, but it has recently stopped doing this. Now you have to search for the supplier to update and this takes time and is frustrating, especially as you use to be able to do this. Please put back this facility.

  16. Make a force sync button from Xero to Hubdoc.
    E.g. adding a new account in Xero takes a while for it to eventually show in Hubdoc.
    Unless you have to disable and reactivate the Xero-Hubdoc link

    Why not a button, that just 'force sync' the new chart of accounts into Hubdoc?

  17. Ability to bulk re-allocate invoices to different jobs and or clients.
    It would be great if you could easily re-allocate an invoice (or a cost / timesheet entry) to a different client or job. I have had cases where a clients name/entity type has changed and the recurring invoices have not been posted against the correct client in XPM (old client not new client, even though the invoice is issued under the new name in Xero). Or a client wants to be billed under different entities in a group but there is only one job so i would have to…

  19. Some banks require the ABN or ACN to be present on all pages of the Financial Reports supplied to them. Currently, the only way to do this is to export the report to Excel and then painstakingly type the ABN/ACN in to every single page.

    There should be an option to toggle this on/off. Alternatively a field type that pulls the ABN from the company file would be suffice to add to the report template.

    Please see attached an example on the footer of a report page.
