  1. At the moment all custom reports are listed top to bottom with the ability to star any as favourites.
    It would be good to create folders to hold custom reports in. For example, create a management account folder to hold all relevant custom reports in.

  2. It would be great to have tasks within jobs (XPM) link to Xero Blue's item codes so that when importing bulk invoices, they can be allocated to a specific task/item code. This will allow for easy reporting both in XPM/Xero Blue.

    Otherwise, it would be great to have an option to allocate a task to invoices in Xero Blue that links back to the relevant task in XPM, similarly to the way the Reference field works for jobs.

  4. Document Management System should integrate with One Drive (for Office 365 Users)
    Paying extra subscription for additional DMS will not be required for most of this was integrated.

  5. Improve the way clients can create accounts and log into an existing xero account.

    If we create an account for them, it asks them to put in their organisation details. Then we invite the client into the organisation, they have to accept the invitation.

    Clients are always having issues with their log ins, and signing documents. Feel this could be made easier for them.

  6. Good morning,

    I approved and invoice and tried the new version which gave me the option to Copy to draft (righthand corner … 3 dots)
    I had to add the client’s name to the invoice to save it. I then went back to the classic version. From drafts I move the invoice over to “waiting for approval” You do however have to add documentation if you had any attached.

  7. Hi Xero team , I just try "Automate bill entry", it looks good, is it possible to make it automatic divided into our tracking ? For example we have 1 tracking category with 10 list on that tracking, we would like the bills automatic divided to the 10 list. Is it possible ?

  8. Superannuation Lump Sum
    I am new to Xero Tax and trying to set up previous years tax returns for going live in FY2024.
    I have several clients that have been paid superannuation lump sums in the past and I am can't put the historical data into the return which is needed as there are limits on these payments

  10. Viewing P60 for employees is confusing for them as the page layout they are directed to is so poor.

    Xero Me link takes them to a page that shows all current pay slips (2024-25) with the most recent at the top, but the box above the current payslips shows 2021-22 by default.

    When employees get the email link they obviously just click on 'Download P60 Report' - they wouldn't ever think they have to click on another box showing '2021-2022 Tax year' that doesn't even appear connected to the P60 button.

    Obviously the most recent P60 should appear on top…

  11. Is it possible to have access to be able ''add'' in a custom column to the Job Manager screen as it is not currently possible to add an extra column to the job manager, as the columns are not customizable. Thanks.

  12. Give a way to run the 1099 report so it can be saved as a pdf AND saved to "Published" reports. Bonus points if it can be included in advisor reporting.

  15. In the Manage Direct Payment screen we need the ability to change the batch status for a batch that has not been processed and the batch has been superseded by a later batch. We need to be able to change the status to Cancelled or Failed rather than sitting as processing to ensure we know what the actual status of each batch really is.

  16. A function within Find and Recode that can split code each transaction by a percentage.

    This could be an additional button next to the Recode button called "Split" which brings up a pop-up window like Recode does.

  18. I'd like there to be an audit trail of when CIS statements are sent to subcontractors.
    If you send out CIS statements through the system and a subcontractor is saying they have not received it, there is no audit to prove it has been sent.

Xero Bank Feed connections: Would it be possible to connect payment services for Stripe to more than two bank accounts, I can currently setup GBP (primary currency) and USD but can't setup for EUR or CAD. Our Stripe payments are collected in the currency and paid out to our bank accounts in these currencies but the payment service settings will only allow these two currencies to connect to the GBP payments which mean a manual process to transfer between accounts in Xero and ''mark as reconciled'' . The USD payments work great so it would be good to be able…

  20. When editing a report in the financial statements, it would be great if there was an option to preview just that page and not the whole document. Ie if editing balance sheet , have the option to open a pdf of just that page ( but keep the whole doc on a sept PDF- so two options)
    Would just be so much faster to preview the actual page I'm working on, and not having to wait for the whole document to open, than scroll/find the bal sheet
