Hubdoc - Purchase Order Field Extracted to Transaction Detail Window
I believe it would be of great help to extract the Purchase Order code from the invoice into hubdoc.
It is very important to create a simple path from the begging of creating a purchase order to finally paying for the product or service and having a way to connect it all together, I believe the purchase order number is a vital part of the process and can be referenced throughout the whole process.
Would be great to hear some feedback on this idea!

Practice Manager - Convert a client to a contact, and vice-versa
We would like the option to convert a Client to a Contact in XPM and visa versa. This would allow us to quickly update relationships.

Xero Tax - Prepare tax returns using a mobile browser
Currently when you open a tax return on an iPhone the formatting is lost and it’s very difficult to edit a return.

AU Tax - Add due date to tax on OOA sent to client
Import the due date of amounts payable as per the OOa to the dates tax payable field and add a placeholder in the OOa template for date amount due.

Practice Report - Add Bank Statements
Report Packs had the facility to add Bank Statements to it, but the new Reporting Templates does not support this. It would be really handy to have this as a template, as we roll it out across many of our clients

XPM - Job Manager - Add Work In Progress column
This will allow us to see unbilled WIP for a job all in one spot, instead of having to go to a different screen or run a separate report.

Job WIP Balances Report - Criteria Search
I would like to be able to have a selection of criteria for the standard Job WIP Balances Report that allows me to produce that report by certain fields in the report ie Name, State. Also by adding the following criteria would also save me a lot of time exporting and trying to sort by:
1. Client Group; or

Reports - Add account name in Account Transactions report
Would it be possible when pulling account transaction reports from Xero to add the account name, instead of having it say Account Transactions?

Report revenue by state - by picking up postcode on invoice.
A % state by state breakdown of turnover is required for professional indemnity insurance policies for accountants. It would be great if Xero allowed us to do a report by state picking up the postcodes off the invoices.

AU TAX - Show if Xero totals are imported cash or accruals in Xero Tax
Show on xero tax form if you have imported the data on a cash or accruals basis. I often have no idea on initial viewing of a tax return.

NZ Tax - Support for adding manual tax payments made outside Xero
It should be possible to manually add tax payments made by a client to IRD. This is critical for a tax accountant like myself who is not a registered tax agent and therefore is unable to link and download details from IRD. This facility would make the practice manager more appealing to a wider range of users.

XPM - Report that shows clients and their income/turnover
We are in the process of organizing our client list for Audit Shield and like many other accounting firms we need to assign our clients a Turnover category. Currently Xero informs me there is no report I can run that will list the clients and their turnover for me to easily identify which category to assign to the client for audit purposes.
A report that shows the client, their income/turnover and the possibility to group and total buy the Client Group would be amazing and save so much unnecessary admin time.

Hubdoc | Add new contact - Details to populate from the invoice
When creating a new contact in Hubdoc for Xero, it would be great if there was an option to add the contact details (address, phone, email, tax ID, bank details, etc) right then. Hubdoc could read the information from the invoice and populate it on the spot rather than my having to remember who I added on the fly, go find the information again, and then manually type it all in myself.

User Roles: Set time limit on access
We are currently reviewing our staff access, and have realised that it is currently a labourious process when a staff member only temporarily needs access to a ledger e.g. technical help, auditor access, to cover sick/holiday leave.
It would be great to be able to set a time limit for access when staff or users when they are added e.g. 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, or on a given date. This would save practice managers having to keep note of when users needed to be removed and having to do that all manually.

NZ Tax - Show Checksum# on front screen of returns
It would be great if the checksum # showed on the front screen of tax returns. When signed returns come back from clients out tax administrator must check this number matches before marking as signed. Currently they need to print and view to check. It would be so much quicker if this number showed on the front screen of the tax return somewhere.

Report Templates - Notes to the financial statements - Going Concern
Would be good when using the Xero report templates that when net assets balances are negative that a Going Concern note is included in the accounting policies to the notes to the financial statements.

AU Tax - Filter returns by client group
Need the ability to be able to add a filter in the Returns page to look at a client group.
Predominately will be used for bulk status updates, but I'm sure others could find more uses:
- approval of a group (sometimes approval from each individual return is not appropriate)
- "out to sign" once a pack is sent via FuseSign etc.
Would also be useful for a quick snapshot of where the group is up to instead of having to run a report or open the taxable group to see.

Practice Manager | Actual time reports based on actual time (not rounded)
If you have your firm time billing set to round up then all of the reports - even actual time reports, report the rounded hours and not the actual minutes worked. This is really inaccurate and makes it really difficult for me to get a good gauge on employee billing and performance. Please look at amending any reports using a rounded time figure that should be actual time.
In addition and also critical to this issue XPM timesheets for payroll but I am also pretty certain that if you are using XPM timesheets for your payroll it pulls/exports the rounded…

Xero Tax (UK) | Ability to file amended financial statements prior to previous financial year.
It would be great to have the option to prepare amended financial statements prior to previous financial year as this option is not available now.

NZ Tax - Edit the name of PDF attached in tax payment letter emails
Would be cool to be able to edit the name of the PDF attachment sent with the Tax Payments emails from "PaymentLetter" to a name that is more specific to the client.
Would be particularly helpful where a client has multiple entities to pay tax for.
Possibly use XPM merge fields for the pdf file name? for example "{Client} Payment Letter due {PaymentDueDate}"
