Xero has recently updated the whole Practice Manager and this is not User friendly at all from an Administrators role.
The feature to update Related client addresses has been removed.
The feature to Star Clients has been removed
When entering addresses - all address lines not have to be entered when updating - prior to the change Xero was linked to Maps and a list of addresses would appear and prefill the address data into all the required fields. We now have to enter the data into each field.
Please bring back all the prior features to the system that made the system more user friendly and work efficient.
I would like to ask the question - were any of the updates for the new Xero Practice Manager tested with firms and administrators prior to making such a massive update to the system, as it is now massively less efficient from an administration perspective.
