    Hi everyone, we’ve made an update to reminders so you can now send multiple reminders at once - you can find out more about it 👉 here. We are hoping that this will reduce the time spent sending reminders for document packs. 

    We aren’t ruling out automated reminders in future though, so give it a go and let us know your thoughts!

  3. I would like the payroll reports to be able to be sorted by first name or last name. I sue them for a number of reporting requirements with third parties and it would make it so much easier if I was able to do this.

  6. In XPM Report Builder, for "Monthly Summary" report types, there needs to be an option added for 12 months of data to report.

    This would allow a full financial year's worth of data to be summarised monthly where required.

  7. When I use Xero tax it pre-populates the tax agent number overriding the previous entry in the previous year. We want this to be the client phone number due to we want the ATO to contact them.

    Every tax return it is taking manual labour to change the phone number from the pre-populated phone number.

    We'd like the option to pre-populate the client phone number like other client information.

    We'd prefer to not have to delete any details to replace the phone number and this was resulting in tax return error.

  10. Currently we have to create GST/Tax returns one at a time for our entire list. It would be great if we can create gst returns on the gst jobs in one go so we don't miss any on the outstanding report.

  11. Need a better user management/access experience in HubDoc. Currently the practice user who set up the Hubdoc account needs to invite all other practice users into the client. Would it be possible to merge the Hubdoc access into the Xero HQ access or replicate the HQ access system in HubDoc.

  12. A % state by state breakdown of turnover is required for professional indemnity insurance policies for accountants. It would be great if Xero allowed us to do a report by state picking up the postcodes off the invoices.

  15. There is currently no functionality to either re-name or disable the standard business structure types provided in XPM. For example "Not for Profit" is technically an entity classification - a NFP classification could apply to a Private Company, a Public Company or an Incorporated Association to name a few examples. We have used custom fields to profile these types of classifications separately. Currently, we have to manually review business structure profiles & update these where types outside our guidelines have been applied. It would save a great deal of hassle if unwanted types could be re-configured or disabled at practice…

  17. It'd be great if we could have a "Mark as Complete" option for Document Packs. We've got a bunch of Doc Packs that will forever sit in 'sent' because of various reasons and it would be great to clean them up.
    Examples of these situations - when a doc pack is sent to multiple people, and maybe one of them dropped into the office to sign the financials in person - we've now got a partly signed document in a Doc Pack, and a physical signature as well.   18. In the bank account tab it would be good to have a tick box where you can select the accounts you want in your report. I have some client with 6 or more different bank accounts. If I only have two with un-coded transactions, being able to tick those two and then run the report would be practical and easier for my clients to follow.

  20. Please can we have a simple Tax Return Status report that we can run by tax year (or other appropriate filters) that shows all the relevant fields that I can see on personal tax return screen.

    This way we would be able to run a report for a particular tax year and see who we still have to do by way of a control check. This would also be useful on the company tax and accounts side
