Filter out expense claims from Bills Awaiting Payment
I input my own money occasionally into the business & don't require paying back, so the expense claim is left "open" & shows up on Bills awaiting payment - thus confusing the amount owing to Bills I have outstanding.

Ease of navigation
It would be very handy if any page where there is long scrolling, such as invoices or the reconciliation page, had a "back to top" button.

Allow Advisors to specify home screen widgets for users
We have various users from accounts administrator to operations managers and the new home screen will automatically show them extra information they don't necessarily need, as in, the operations managers should ideally have the bills and invoices front and centre and not really each other's credit cards. Also, the profit and loss widget is extremely annoying being there as our management is presented with monthly accrual basis accounts and use a custom P+L that require a large number of journals done so the profit and loss widget is wrong until the journals get done. The screen looks very busy and is without definition.

Homepage - Ability to remove graphs from widgets
Is it possible to remove the graph in the Invoices and Bill, being so big this makes the page look cluttered

Customisable dates
To be able to customise the dates in p&l and accounts watchlist more. Current dates selections are very limited. For P&L I'd like to see the current month (rather than last month). Also, to be able to compare numbers YoY (for example) rather than just to budget.

Make the cash in and out widget MUCH more useful
Can we be allowed to change the time selection on the cash in and out view (eg to 12/13 or even 18 months?) seems to be stuck on 6 months for me. I think to see trends you really need to see at least a year

it will save me having to explainto Directors why they can't find the info they want
Can we have an option to keep the 2025 homepage, I've looked at the new one and it doesn't offer me any improvement.
I use it regularly but director's glance at it to check things and I will have to keep explaining the difference to them

Would love to see the watchlist more customisable.
Making the watchlist more customisable. Would love to colour code based on under budget, approaching budget, over budget for easy management of spending.

I want to be able to move and design the order I see things on the page. You use to be able to drag and drop modules easily. Now I don't know how to.

Homepage | Bank accounts - Toggle/option to conceal bank balances
On the Dashboard and Bank Accounts pages, the bank balance could be greyed out for better privacy. There could be a simple toggle control to hide and show the numbers on the screen.

Homepage - Business Performance dashboard
I would like the Business Performance graph to remain. Its a useful visual and instant reminder of the performance.
Additionally adding the VAT liability to the home screen would be extremely useful. Yes I know it changes daily, however a good insight for business and management of cash flow in an instant (without having to produce reports).
The contents of the proposed Task Bar is just a duplication of information that's already on the home screen therefore not useful to add them collectively on 1 widget. To be able to add our own written task and reminders on a calendar…

I've slightly amended the title of your idea here for the first you've shared on the Business Performance dashboard.
We appreciate hearing how you find this useful, however we want to be upfront that we don't have intentions of adding this to the new Homepage, to make way for new features that will be coming soon. You'll be able to continue accessing key information from the Business Performance Dashboard page.

Homepage - Reduce Motion for accessibility
Looking at the new interface at https://www.xero-reimagined-nav-hp.com/ the widgets fly in from the side, and the charts all animate from zero to their full value. I have an accessibility requirement to have reduced motion, and have selected this option on my computer which the new Xero website is ignoring. Websites can use this selection as shown in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-reduced-motion and https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/css/C39. Can you please implement the best practice for accessibility, and ensure all users can comfortably use your updated website by removing unnecessary animation when requested with the reduce motion option? Homepage - Keep the old layout or allow option to use old or new layout
I find the new layout has many flaws - my main ones are
Colour choices – I saw Kelly’s comment that the use of red was intentional, however red is one of the most visually fatiguing colours, particularly when used extensively. For users who work in Xero all day, this makes the interface uncomfortable to view for long periods.Size and visual density – The layout is now overly large and visually busy, which makes it harder to work efficiently. The previous layout was far easier on the eyes and allowed information to be absorbed quickly.

Reduced risk of accidental viewing of sensitive information
The new home page is WAY to busy and has information which i do not want employees to see such as the P&L for the year and bank account balances.
The layout seems to move around which makes it hard to find the task at hand.
Recent invoice payments is irrelevant as I would rather know what is outstanding rather than what has been reconciled already.
A simple set of widgets along the top of the home page above the business overview would be very handy....
