Practice Tools - Restore clickable third-party URLs (Ignition) in Job/Client fields
Prior to the update, using a third party application for propsals/job setups, would imbed a URL link to the job, so you could confirm tasks and prices that were proposed. You could select the link, and it would take you to the document, but now, you need copy and paste the link in the browser? What happened to this feature? Specifically, this has happened for the Practice Ignition platform.

as the Admin Manager for our firm, my team on reception takes instructions from the Accountants following appts if the Job Budget needs updating & also the Services on Ignition Engagement. Having the Ignition web address a hyperlink made this much easier. now have to copy+paste or go to Ignition & search the client. More navigating = time wasted. The hyperlink should be reinstated.

Previously when a job was created in XPM from ignition, a hyperlink was created to the proposal inside the XPM job. We always click this to access the proposal and issue the invoice when finalsing. This link is now converted to plain text which requires either copying and pasting or opening ignition and manually browsing to the proposal.
Would be great to have this functionality restored.
