Tax Manager - Save Filters
You can apply filters, but it would be good to be able to save filters so that they can be used again. Basically the same function that is in Job Manager.

Hi team, really good to hear your feedback on what could improve your experience with new Tax Manager which is currently in beta.
We're listening to the feedback we're receiving about this from our community and while not in the works just yet, the ability to save custom filters is a feature we plan to develop.
You can get more of a view of what's to come in Tax Manager through Xero Central, and I'll keep you updated here once this idea progresses with the team.

I 100% agree with this! Saved filters are used all the time in original Tax tab

Creating and saving custom filters in the new XPM tax manager.
The new tax manager is great and the 'ready to start' feature is fantastic however this is going to eventually replace the current tax return section in XPM. We currently create and save custom filters in this section. Whilst I can see the new tax manager has the same functionality for filtering returns, you cannot save these as custom filters, once you leave this section the filter removes. -

I absolutely agree, the previous format allowed filters to be saved - especially useful when filtering to a certain reporting period. Or filtering TAX vs AS returns - this is a critical option
