UK Payroll - Display the date payslips were emailed
Simply to indicate within payroll when payslips have been emailed out.
Hi everyone, we’ve now rolled this feature out to all UK payroll organisations. This means that payroll admins can now click onto posted pay runs to see if payslips have been emailed to employees.

A simple audit trail of date they were sent and by whom would be so helpful - it's so easy to get distracted by a phone call or something and then not remember if you pressed the button or not!

Have a permanent record of which payslips have been sent out. I often forget to send payslips, and the ones I do send, I have no way of knowing they have been sent for certain.

There is no way to check to see if you have emailed the payslips to the employees if you are an accountant or agent.
