Payroll reports | Timesheets - Export with Start/End & Notes

with the new functionality of adding start end times and notes, we are not able to print or download this data in any reporting. the only way we can SEE this info is in the individual timesheet by person.
If you can update the report to include all information that would be useful as the current process is only half done.

    We must be able to extract this data to comply with our auditing requirements. Until this feature is available, we must continue to keep handwritten timesheets. What a ridiculous waste.

    Agree with these comments, this is a must for reporting to print/export start, stop times & notes for timesheets.

    Why do Australian Payroll users have a Timesheet summary report and NZ doesnt. Seems simple quick fix

    I have a client wanting this exact information and now can't access it after the timesheet has been approved! Surely the detailed timesheet report can have an extra filter to include the notes of what the employee completed for each day?!

    My client has a lot of milage claims and it would be great if the logbook files could be attached to the timesheets. This was a feature we had in our last payroll program.

    This is a critical addition required. As a compliance manager for a number of businesses, I often recommend using Xero for payroll, but only realised today that there is no compliant timesheet reporting available, which would be a fundamental requirement in the event of a FWO investigation. Please implement accurate reporting of the start/finish times reported by employees throoigh Xerome.

    Ive got many clients starting to get employees to use timesheets in xerome but we are unable to check the validity of work hrs as we cannot see start and finish times and breaks. Would be great if the timesheet detail report extended to cover this additional information. If Fairwork were to request copy of detailed t/sheet we wouldnt be able to as employees are entering direct into xero not on paper form.

    We don't even see a notes section in the timesheet. Where is this? (We are based in the UK.)

    As well as a place to add notes and have them permanently available, we would like a way of entering earning type sub-categories so each earning type is broken down further.

    When clients use Xero Me they use the notes section on the timesheet to communicate and for some staff advise their managers what tasks they have completed on that day. Xero help confirmed today these notes are no longer visible once the timesheet is approved meaning we have lost visibility of this information. My client is very unhappy that I did not advise them of this issue, unfortunately as this is a new way of completing the timesheets I wasn't aware this was going to happen, previously my clients were sending me a spreadsheet each fortnight and I was manually entering the times. Could we please have the option to print the timesheet detail report to include these notes.

    Agree - definitely need to be able to report on and export start / end time information from timesheets.
