AU Payroll - Prompt to enter Leave loading rates
When ticking the "eligible to receive leave loading" box under taxes, have a pop-up to enter the leave loading rate. A lot of clients tick the box, but are not aware they need to manually enter the rate under leave in the payroll settings as well for it to occur.

Expenses - Ability to filter by spent date
To have a filter or sort option on expenses to filter by spent date.
Purpose: To easily check whether expenses have been entered by the users or not.

UK Payroll - Payslips - Schedule date for payslips to be emailed
Ability to have an automated scheduled payslip.
Purpose: To make Payroll admin workflow easier, especially when they aren’t working on the day when payslip needs to be sent.
211 votesThanks for sharing your thoughts on this one, community. We know how important scheduling payslips is for many of you, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to explain how it could help your workflow.
We understand being able to set a future send date could make life easier when you’re managing different client paydays, covering for colleagues who are away or avoiding confusion from employees receiving payslips before the money is in their account.
Right now the workaround is to set a reminder to log in and send payslips on the required day. We know that’s not ideal, and while we don’t have dates to share, we’re committed to improving the payslip experience. This idea is under active consideration and we’ll keep you updated on progress.

Email notifications: Expenses - Awaiting approval and Approved claims
Ability to trigger notification when expense claims are awaiting approval and approved status.
Purpose: So the approver can review the expenses faster and the one who’s asking for an approval don’t need to wait longer for approval.
140 votesHi team, we appreciate and thank everyone for feedback. While we began a roll-out for the notification changes mentioned in my last update, as shared in some of the recent comments this resulted in a fair amount of noise for some customers inbox.
We've made the decision to turn off the recent notifications changes.
We'd like to provide more controls around this so users can set a preference, however this does require a fair amount of work and not something we're able to do right now.
Please know we have keen eyes on this idea and when we're in a position to progress this again I'll share news with you all here. Thanks

Expense Claims - Duplicate expense claims flag when there are potential duplicates.
Ability to have a flag feature when potential duplicate expense claims are uploaded.
Purpose: To make users easily noticed when the same/similar expenses are already uploaded.

Expense claims - Recurring expenses
Ability to create recurring expenses in expense claims area in Xero.
Purpose: To save users’ time from entering their regular expenses in Xero manually.

We understand how recurring expenses would enable efficiencies when you frequently have expenses of a similar nature (like subscriptions). Currently there is work needed within expenses to enable us to develop future capabilities. We're keen to continue tracking the interest in this through the idea here, and as soon as we're in a better position to be able to dive deeper this work we'll share any progress with you all here. So, while not in the plans at present, please keep sharing detail of your needs and supporting in the idea here.
