Have the graph for the home screen with the inventory stock and flagging items with low stock.

Navigation - Add Custom reports access to Reports menu
Custom reports as an option the Report drop down. I know we can favourite them, but if we have a lot of custom reports it's quicker just to go to the custom report page immediately and work from there.

Navigation - Rename Sales and Purchases to Payments and Receipts
The new tabs are nominated as Purchases and Sales but some of their sub tabs go beyond that. I would prefer to label them Payments and Receipts

I would like to see if outstanding sales invoices were emailed or printed & posted by traditional mail.

Xero Accounting app - Ability to view Balance Sheet
Hi Xero Team,
I’m really disappointed to discover that the Xero Mobile App doesn’t provide any way to view the Balance Sheet - a core financial statement that forms half of any set of accounts and is the backbone of understanding a business’s position.
As a property developer, tracking CAPEX spends per project is critical, and not having quick access to this information on the go is a significant limitation. Even a simple dashboard or quick-glance view in the app would make a huge difference for users like me who rely on Xero to manage their businesses efficiently.

This isn't something we have direct plans for atm, but we'll get a sens of the interest for viewing the Balance Sheet in the Xero Accounting app from the community here and I'll let you know if there are any plans made.

Homepage - View Notes for overpaid invoices
Critically important to our business is being able to easily view 'notes' on overdue invoices next to their overdue amount in a list. No additional click thorughs with each individual invoice number as is the current system.
Knowing when a reminder was sent and being able to view what their latest response was in a list form would massively help with managing unpaid invoices.
We create separate spreadsheets to track overdue invoices and bad debt which is inefficient.
This should be resolved with a quick view in the dashboard to ensure better debt management.

Widget or badge to show if there have been new files uploaded by the client or colleagues since your last logon.

Homepage - Business Performance dashboard
I would like the Business Performance graph to remain. Its a useful visual and instant reminder of the performance.
Additionally adding the VAT liability to the home screen would be extremely useful. Yes I know it changes daily, however a good insight for business and management of cash flow in an instant (without having to produce reports).
The contents of the proposed Task Bar is just a duplication of information that's already on the home screen therefore not useful to add them collectively on 1 widget. To be able to add our own written task and reminders on a calendar…

We ask that each idea is contained to one feature request so that it's easy for other members to understand what they're voting for and we can best keep you updated on any progress on a feature. I've slightly amended the title of your idea here for the first you've shared on the Business Performance dashboard.
We appreciate hearing how you find this useful, however we want to be upfront that we don't have intentions of adding this to the new Homepage, to make way for new features that will be coming soon. You'll be able to continue accessing key information from the Business Performance Dashboard page.

Homepage - VAT & Corp tax running total
At a glance, a running total of VAT and Corporation tax due. As a small business, this would be very helpful for planning. Crunch Accounting had this on their homepage and it is the only thing i miss about their very clunky system!

Navigation | Reporting and Accounting tabs together
As an accountant I prefer the Reporting and Accounting tabs together, under one tab as it has always been. It would slow me down, if I had to search for accounting tools/reports under different tabs.

Homepage | Bills Awaiting payment - Filter out expense claims
Filter out expense claims from Bills Awaiting Payment
I input my own money occasionally into the business & don't require paying back, so the expense claim is left "open" & shows up on Bills awaiting payment - thus confusing the amount owing to Bills I have outstanding.

Homepage - Reduce Motion for accessibility
Looking at the new interface at https://www.xero-reimagined-nav-hp.com/ the widgets fly in from the side, and the charts all animate from zero to their full value. I have an accessibility requirement to have reduced motion, and have selected this option on my computer which the new Xero website is ignoring. Websites can use this selection as shown in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-reduced-motion and https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/css/C39. Can you please implement the best practice for accessibility, and ensure all users can comfortably use your updated website by removing unnecessary animation when requested with the reduce motion option? Navigation - Add Urgent or Priority to Projects menu
Hi Kelly, concerning projects, I have a thought or idea in seeing HOT Projects or URGENT or PRIORITY Projects in the Projects drop down just like the drop down on the Reporting button that you have Favorite Reports when you create custom reports or when you favorite some of the standard ones. Homepage - Widget for month end review
I love the new homepage and how I can customize to make it less busy. I also love the Task widget. It would be great if there was a month end review widget showing a list of bank and credit card accounts with the last reconciliation date.

Upcoming changes are very useful. However, a small suggestion re. the home page menu: As an Accountant in practice would like the following order.Home

Navigation - Sub menus on Purchases drop down for different statuses
On the Sales menu, I would like a sub-menu/fly-out to the right of Invoices with links to the Draft, Awaiting Approval, Awaiting Payment, Paid, and Repeating tabs on the Invoices page. This would enable me to go directly to the tab I want, saving a click or two, and reduce page load time instead of always landing on the default tab then having to click the one I actually want. Clicking Invoices should still go to the All tab. Same could be done on the Purchases menu for Bills.

Understanding that sub menus or more levelled drop downs could be helpful in some places, this is an idea our product team have a close eye on.
