Is there a report on payments made after the due date to easily identify those not paid. Also I there a report available of payments made by INC year. This is to identify misdirected payments. If not can this please be made available.

summary
I want a report to be generated from Xero tax where i can view the total number of personal tax returns along with the bifurcation of tax returns on the basis of their current status. For instance, the report should have the total number of tax returns that need to be completed for the tax year 24-25 and then the breakdown of the same as per the status.

Enable full visibility of Contacts when accessing via Additional Contacts area in Client screen.
Enable full visibility of Contacts when accessing via Additional Contacts area in Client screen.
Currently, when we access a Contact via the Additional Contacts section of the Client screen, not all contact fields are displayed.
Furthermore, when editing or adding a new contact, we cannot edit or access all the contact details. We cannot add or edit Mobile numbers or custom fields for Contacts. To access these, we have to exit the Client screen and access Contacts separately via Clients > Contacts.
This adds a lot of extra steps that can be avoided by ensuring full visibility and full access…

show sales tax amounts separately when entering bill or expense
Please show the sales tax amounts that will be posted to each account (GST and RST) separately so we can reconcile to the receipt that is calculating properly. It would also be nice if we could manually override this amount as sometimes there is a small rounding difference. I am attaching an example from QBO. Please update your system to also have this functionality.

XERO UK Tax - Associated companies
On the tax computation, the number of associated companies does not show and also the tax calculation ie the reduction of £50k or £250k limit and marginal rate tax calculation. It would be useful, if this is shown on the tax computation so the tax can be explained to clients.

XERO UK Tax - automating company number, UTR number and Companies House authorisation code
We enter company number, company UTR number, director name when setting up client but why does this not get processed when preparing the company accounts and tax. We need to enter the company number, Company UTR number, Companies House authorisation code and director signing the return every time we want to use XERO tax. Surely there must be a way to simplify this so entering this information every time is a thing of the past.

invoice paid on receivable reports
I'm using the "Aged Receivables Detail" and "Aged Payables Detail" reports for helping with accruals and prepayments and it would be extremely handy if you could add "payment date" to the report. Currently this isn't available so I'm having to use the report to identify potential accruals/prepayments and then manually go into each transaction to see when it was paid to then decide if it's an accrual or prepayment.. If the paid date was available in the report, this would save so much time.

workpaper pack queries email template editing
Workpaper pack queries email template allows for fields to be added as 'tags' but the available fields/tags is too limited. Please include additional fields/tags, such as contacts first name and allow for a different templates for Organisations and Individuals.

Creating budgets or estimates of total WIP cost and receiving notifications when exceeded
Currently estimates/quotes require a specific amount of time to be allocated against a specific task for a specific staff member. We need either notifications when total unbilled WIP for a client reaches x amount OR to be able to create a quote/estimate for a total dollar figure across all tasks and staff, and have notifications set when that figure (or % thereof) is reached. This feature is standard in most timekeeping programs and I'm shocked XPM doesn't have it.

Xero HQ | Insights - Colour Adjustment to Bank Reconciliation Status
It would be beneficial for the Bank Reconciliation Status to return positive insights as well. I have attached a rough adjustment for the 'Up to date' flag, and I feel the slight CSS value adjustment here makes it more visible that the Bank Reconciliation is in fact up to date.

Revamp self employment schedule - Xero Personal Tax
Revamp of self employment schedule within personal tax. Currently no adjusted profit report to show how you have arrived at the self employment profit on the summary computation report. Also no boxes to enter capital allowances wdv bfwd and no percentage option either to calculate amounts for the year in question on xero tax so a lot of manual work needed to calculate amount claimed in year. Should be automated.

Bank Reconciliation / Accounts Payable - Option to Post Received Supplier Funds as A/P Overpayment
Want to be able to post money received overpayment's to accounts payable.
At the moment, if a supplier sends back money and we don't yet have the paperwork, to clear the bank rec we need to add as an overpayment (tight closing dates) However, as its money received it automatically gets posted to the sales ledger. It would be good to have the option to post to the payables ledger so this can be allocated here

Contacts - Supplier Statement "Detailed Ledger" (Running Balance Statement)
We need a new report for suppliers that functions as a true detailed ledger with a running balance.
The Problem: When we need to reconcile an account with a supplier, there is no single, clean report that shows a simple chronological history of all bills and payments. We can run a "Supplier Transaction Report," but it's often not in a simple, statement-style format that's easy to read or send to the supplier.
We need the Accounts Payable equivalent of the "Detailed Ledger" statement that is also needed for customers.

Currently, Xero offers the Supplier bill activity report and the contacts Activity statement. While this information is available on the account transaction report,it is not available in a Statement format. Contacts - Customer Statement to show All Payments
Hi Xero Team,
We need a new customer statement format that functions as a "traditional" detailed ledger.
The Problem: The current "Activity Statement" is focused on allocations. It shows which invoices are paid or unpaid and portion of payments made to the invoice, but it does not show the payment transactions themselves as separate line items.
For example, if a customer makes one large payment of R5,000 to clear three invoices, the current statement splits this payment up as their parts to the invoice. The customer cannot see their R5,000 payment listed as a single transaction. This is confusing for…

BAS - Add a contact column for reveiwing
In the Activity Statement screen, in the transaction detail, the contact column should be in there so we can sort per contact and analyze the contact's gst application consistency. This is very beneficial in terms of reviewer task.

XPM - Ability to "Go to Xero" from XPM search
When XPM search finds a client, you can click the arrow > to the right of a result to view the client's name, basic contact details, enter time, etc. For clients that have a linked Xero file, it would be great to be able to click "Go to Xero" from here as well.

NZ Tax - Cross-Form Validation Check for NZ Taxable Income Figures
Box 29 of the IR10 should match the taxable income per the main income tax return (IR3, IR4, IR6, IR7, etc).
It would be helpful if when running an audit check on a tax return, XPM checks to see whether they match and notifies us when it does not match.
