Clients - Keep all data entry on one page
With the beta, when entering client information, you need to click between different groupings, such as client, tax, business, etc. You also need to save between clicking on different pages - I am unable to get a full picture of the information I have entered in one shot and there is friction added to the data entry experience.
Current xero has these tabs, BUT they remain open when you click the next. Often, I am piecing together information as I go and jumping from top to bottom, or needing to make quick adjustments. This makes more sense and is more flexible as I am able to piece together the information as I see fit, and don't to add info, save, click tab, add info, save, find more info for another section, click tab, save etc.
Hi everyone, sorry we haven't rounded back on this one a little sooner. We have released an improved layout of the Client edit screen. So now you have the option to either scroll the page to the section you want, or can click to navigate to the section from the left side menu 😁
