Hi Clarize, returning to the idea here it sounds like you may be extracting information from Xero to process through another process you have set up. We have a dedicated forum for ideas related to Xero's API and I'd recommend raising this with our experts across here.
As Davina mentioned in her last reply - currently you can access the VAT201 report digitally in Xero if you connect to SARS.
