Reports - do not shift dates for reports with custom periods
Reports with custom periods currently have their dates 'shifted' every month, which shouldn't happen, as they do not use relative dates (they should be fixed, at least by default). This is either a bug or bad design.

Usually, if you have a custom report set at a certain date, the date does not move.
