Reporting - Contact Invoice Activity by Month/Annually
Improvement on the customer invoice activity report to enable you to filter and pick just customers so you can run a report by month and by year detailing how much you have invoiced each customer in a period.
Currently you have to pick only one contact at a time which doesn't work and not efficient

Thanks for sharing this idea. This is already available in Xero through the Income and Expenses by Contact report. You can run the report for all contacts at once, or filter it to selected contacts, and view the results over a chosen monthly, annual, or custom date range.
To run the report:
- In Xero, go to Reporting and select All reports.
- Open Income and Expenses by Contact.
- Select the required Date range. You can choose a preset period or enter a custom From and To date.
- Under Columns, include Contact so each contact is shown.
- Use Grouping/Summarising to group the results by Contact, if needed.
- To report on only certain customers, use Filter and select the relevant contacts. Leave the contact filter blank to include all contacts.
- Click Apply for any filters, then click Update to run the report.
- Click an amount in the report to view the underlying transactions. You can also export or save the report for future use.
