Bills - Change the default save option
Reduce clicks in bill review by making "Approve and View Next" a sticky option.
I push batches of bills from Veryfi and then need to review each to assign a custom property. Currently, I have to click the dropdown arrow on the "Approve" button and then click "Approve and View Next". Instead, change the default button option to be "Approve and View Next" after it has been selected once. Revert to "Approve" when the user leaves the screen.

Agreed. The button should either remember your last option, or just have a second button next to approve, there's plenty of room.
The drop-down menu adds significant friction to the process.

The ability to change the default button on a new bill to 'submit for approval' rather than 'save' - or whatever option works best for each organisation. Our processes require a separate person to approve the bills before they are paid. It is too easy to click 'save' or even 'approve' instead of 'submit for approval'.

This is such a needed change! Could it at least be made so the last choice you made is the next choice that comes up on your next draft bill at least? So if you chose "Approve and Next" that would be the top choice next time without having to use the dropdown box?

An option to make "Approve and add another" the default button when entering bills is so needed. Bills are generally entered in batches so if the system would assume a new bill was about to be entered and open the draft bill screen automatically, that would increase efficiencies in the office.

This is something I desperately want as well! Right now I'm previewing the September invoicing look changes and I dislike that the button has been switched to Approve and Email. I feel like a lot of mistakes could be made here and want to be able to switch my default button. Approve and Add Another as a default option would save so much time

The suggestion above would be great if implemented - or alternatively have two boxes one for approve and one for approve and add another. Surely this would be relatively easy to implement and save users so much time.

This would save me so much time! Please reconsider developing the software to allow the "approve and add another" option to be set as a default.

When posting a bill, you must use the drop down menu to "approve and add another" because the button defaults to just "approve". If there was a way to change this it would save time when entering multiple bills at once.

When saving/approving/draft a bill or invoice could the button then auto generate a new bill/invoice screen i.e assume there is another transaction to be entered. Generally these are being entered in multiples rather than one off.
