Bills - Ability to Permanently Delete bills in Xero
There should be the option to delete the duplicate bill instead of void option in xero.

I agree with Lori and Tarryn, as a bookkeeper it is necessary to have an audit trail to resolve issues and have accountability, especially with other users not having an accounting background. This has been very helpful on a number of occasions.
As a compromise, maybe having deletion rights for advisors/senior admin users only would allow deletion under some circumstances where an audit trail isn't needed.

Permanently deleting a bill or any other transaction can leave/lead to issues by voiding then there is always a trail. We often use the history against transactions to see who has done what to make everyone accountable.

One of the things I like best about Xero is that every action is traceable allowing for mistakes to be located and rectified. If bills become delete-able, I imagine some, if not all of that traceability would be lost?
