Home Page - Navigation
Navigation is clumsy - takes too many clicks to get anywhere. For example: Purchase > Bills, should then have options > All / Draft / Awaiting Approval / Awaiting Payment. Currently need to wait for Bills page to load, then select option.
Same for bank accounts. Need option from top nav to go straight to bank account instead of having to go via Home page. EG: If not main BANKS option in main nav, then Accounting > Bank Accounts > (list of bank accounts to choose from).
Most things at the moment take too many clicks. Once your hand is on the mouse, should be able to get where you want to go using that.

This would be so nice to have. When your job requires you to work all day in an online system, the fewer clicks you need to make to get your work done is so important.

Yes, great idea. I use Drafts a lot. I email my bills directly to sit in my drafts and its a process to get to the draft page all the time. Even when you enter a bill from the Draft page it goes straight back to the enter bills page instead of going back to the draft list. The same goes for Invoicing. We have a lot of draft invoices on the go and its a process each time to get to the list. There should be a DRAFT button in each section.

This highlighted section should be on EVERY screen in the system for whatever section you are in!

Even if when you clicked on "Purchases" and a second list appeared out the side when you hovered over "Bills", which then allowed you to then select what you wanted to do - e.g. All / Draft/ Awaiting Approval / Awaiting Payment / Paid / Repeating
