Bills - Archive draft Bills
Sometimes clients upload old bills or statements. It would be good to have an archive area so that they aren't sitting in draft bills forever. It makes it confusing but we don't want to delete them. Sometimes they also download bills but the previous period is locked. Again, we don't want to delete them - just archive them like in Hubdoc.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We understand you are actually wanting to store older bills and statements rather than having the to process. Although you cant archive Draft bills, a better alternative is to upload the original bill or statement directly to the Files area in Xero. Once you’ve confirmed that the document is visible under Files → Archive, you can delete the unused draft bill. This keeps the document available in Files while removing the draft from the Bills list.
