I like how the new documents extracts the description of what is on the invoice. But adding Tax invoice from "Company Name" for "Entity Name" is just adding extra useless wording to the ledger to review at year end. This does not add anything for 99% of people who use Xero.

If you are running multibusiness or something through Xero i can see how this could be useful. But this should be an opt in thing not a default setting. I now am deleting this wording on every document before creating the transaction to try to avoid the ledger getting out of control.

Adding the name of the supplier (which is already on the form about 20mm away)- and the name of our own company (if we don't know that we ought to shoot ourselves) Everything else we can read by pressing one button to see a pdf of the original invoice. This feature is completely superfluous and a good example of bloatware.

Option is desperately needed to turn off the new automatic bill descriptions on invoices imported through to Xero. Descriptions being uploading are lengthy, totally unnecessary and not relevant. I am having to delete and retype the relevant information which is taking up far too much time.

I hate this with a passion. It should be customisable so we can choose what information is prepopulated. Having to delete redundant information of who the supplier is and who they have invoiced is time consuming and infuriates me. Did they get the summer intern to design this.

Great idea, it has created work, which I suspect it was not meant to do, agree that it puts in too much irrelevant information that needs to be deleted.

Xero just added a new feature - autopopulating all bill descriptions. These are NEVER correct. Please give me an option to turn OFF autopopulate description.

Please remove "Tax Invoice from" and Supplier Name and Organisation name and date from populating in the description box when uploading draft bills, this is unnecessary and wastes time as it needs to be removed each time
