I can see that @Kelly Munro "responded" on Sep 9, 2022 however there wasn't any updates. I'm not sure if there ever will be.

Increasing the number of bills we can have is the least you can do for continually ripping us off with price increases.

Aah I see what you mean now, and appreciate you sharing more detail, Anna.
In terms of the original idea, you can reply directly to the email update you received about the status if there is extra detail you'd like to share with the team - In this case I've merged your original idea with this one to keep the information all together.
We don't have immediate plans for this, but will keep considering how we improve their efficiency when engaging and sharing feedback. We'll track the support here and share if there are any updates. Thanks

Good luck… Xero seems to be intent on screwing over existing clients by making them pay for unnecessary features.

A really simple idea. Xero customers Have received multiple pricing increases over the last 12 months, but Xero is now offering significant price savings to new customers. If you feel forced to increase prices for loyal customers then maybe you shouldn’t be discounting new customers as much.

Hi community, thanks for sharing your continued interest here. We appreciate the importance of having assurance that mail you send from Xero is being received, and that being able to send from your own company email would increase confidence in this process.
I can confirm this idea has been continually reviewed by our product teams, and being able to send from your own company email is on their radar. Currently there are other priorities, and platform work that requires their attention, before they can consider this more deeply.
When there is opportunity to pick this up, I will share any news with you all here.

This appears to be a relatively basic feature that all other accounting platforms have. I don’t understand why this is so hard to implement.

Hi everyone, I appreciate feelings shared in not seeing traction as fast as you'd like to ideas you're interested across Xero Product Ideas.
Our community team are pure advocates for our customers ideas internally, making sure these are shared and highlighted to the teams and individuals that can make a difference, and doing our best to get ideas reviewed and into our teams planning wherever possible.
We receive ideas for incremental, and large changes to existing products, as well as for new features entirely. With so many customers the range of ideas coming from our users is large, and we cannot action all things at once.
We try to be transparent in our communication and updates to ideas across the site, even if this means there is no current development planned for a feature.
I can assure you the site here is a tool that all our product teams find…

Hi everyone, we appreciate wanting to help Xero identify and raise issues asap. While we may consider changes to this overtime, to be upfront there are no immediate plans for changing the current method to raise these sort of issues with us. There are a number of troubleshooting steps our specialists will work through with a customer to rule out external factors that could be impacting your experience with Xero, and they'll get the right detail to investigate, triage and escalate if the cause does appear to stem from within the product.
One area we know customers can commonly run into trouble with is bank feeds, and we do have work going on atm to enable customers to send us an alert if they are experiencing trouble with a bank accounts feed from within their organisation. You can stay up to date with progress for this, on this idea.

Hi everyone, we wanted to return and give you an update here. As mentioned in our last post - we want to be forth right that we don't have any plans to remove 'Powered by Xero' from emails sent from Xero, with intentional purpose and based on findings from interactions we can see having true benefit to customers in getting paid faster.
That said, we appreciate the feedback we've received and have made changes since this was initially raised to reduce the size of the footer where this is shown and have removed the hyperlink to xero.com. We will continue to develop the invoice email to continue to drive improvements for our customers and the ways you receive payments.

I’m not sure if it’s a tech thing, but I’m not able to vote up this product idea. I agree with the sentiments of everyone else… The branding is unacceptable and in your face. It only serves to promote your product. There’s no reason for customers to know that an email is powered by you. The relationship relationship is between the customer and I, not you.

Hi team, we've just launched passkeys to our first group of users. From this week, Xero Me app users who haven't set up MFA yet will be able to use passkeys to log into Xero. Next, we'll be progressively rolling this out to more users over the coming months. We look forward to and welcome your feedback here. As we have more news on the rollout I'll share with you on this idea.

This has been outstanding since 2022 - how many price changes have there been in that time? Is there something that anyone is likely to look at any time soon?
